The last performer blew my mind for a child her age to not only have a good voice, good timing, good breath control, etc. I thought I heard four octaves, three for sure. OMG ! Out standing for a child her age ! ! !
She also had a performance in The Little Big Shots with Steve Harvey singing Chandelier in full chest voice.

I've watched enough of these singing competitions to know that if someone says they're from the philippines, they're going to be extremely good and they're probably going to win the competition. My problem is I can't watch children performing, singing with such passion, and the smiles on their faces, without basically nonstop tears on my cheeks...this was a half hour that dehydrated me!

I always watch your reactions because I can see it's from the heart and I love how you appreciate Filipino singers. No not everyone is that good here but we all love singing, even while cooking or doing chores, you can hear mothers humming while cleaning the house, singing lullabies to their children. We love music even we don't sound well, we don't care as long as we express how we feel.

I once watched a documentary about Jewish people who sought sanctuary in the Philippines during the Holocaust. When they arrived here, they made mention of going to the cinemas, playing on the streets and the fact that Filipinos were always singing.
With these kids (some are adults now like Darren, Zack, Zephanie) I believe our culture of singing will never die.
