Oh Gemma. I had to laugh when you talked about finding bits of thread all over the house. Same thing happens here all the time. My hubby is always making comments. Then I had this vision of Linus from the peanuts comics and his dust cloud that follows him. I saw a cloud of floss ends swirling around behind us 😂😂😂❤ and we are carrying our stitching 😂😂😂
Hi Gemma, I just found your channel and enjoying it very much. I have searched your videos but couldn't find one that mentions where you buy your aida cloth. If don't mind telling I would appreciate the info. I also love to do large full coverage pieces and the only place I found to buy it is on amazon. I bought 3 yards but it was so stiff.Any tips or tricks? Thanks, Elaine.
I find it softens up as you work with it, it definitely starts out very stiff! Some people like to prewash to soften it up as well, just make sure you serge the edges so it doesn’t unravel on you I bought my aida off Ebay by the bolt but unfortunately that seller is no longer active. Wool warehouse sells by the metre and they ship internationally
That is one major reason why I switched to stitching two-handed instead of one, I can stitch for longer that way. Also I try to remember to stop and stretch every hour or so.

Thank you Gemma! Enjoyed stitching with you again.
I need to pick up a hobby like stitching or sewing. It looks tedious but very fulfilling when completed.

@@gemmastitches thanks for your quick response. I will check out the wool warehouse.
KFC has MSG and I have a friend who gets violent migraines from the MSG.
I wondered if that was it
14 or 18 count?
This piece is 14 count
You are so patient, this is so magical. How do you prevent finger cramps or like fatigued fingers/hands ?
That is one major reason why I switched to stitching two-handed instead of one, I can stitch for longer that way. Also I try to remember to stop and stretch every hour or so.
This is beautiful, I can’t believe you are almost at 40%! You go girl❤️
Well you are over 40% now! You will have this done in no time. Do you know what will replace it yet😂❤️?
Yes Marvellous Garden by HAED will be the next focus piece
@@gemmastitches Oh my. The colors in that one are so pretty❤️❤️. Thank you for doing these swms I really enjoy them❤️
