Interesting to see your comfy stitching setup. I also stitch in a big comfy chair with a magnifier, lap desk, all the things nearby, stitch in hand using sewing method but I just can’t stitch near as fast as you! A finished chart in 4 hours?!?! You are amazingly fast and neat!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I do the same: comfy chair, comfy P.J.s, huge tumbler of water or iced tea, my magnifier with light, design board, etc. Of course I do not work as quickly as Kimberly, and I watch PBS British mysteries. LOL. 😍❤🧵🪡

Omg!!!! Piggy in that shark outfit was the highlight for me. He could calm down with it on like its a thundershirt (a thing for dogs that helps with anxiety). Thanks, Kimberly and the kiddos!

That was fun watching your routine. My routine is similar, EXCEPT I have 2 needy Great Danes and an English Bulldog who stand in front of me, side by side, whining and sobbing.

Piggy is so funny! I lost my dog back in April and she sat with me too. I sure do miss her.

I like your little wooden thing on your table and the video great tips on organizing the stitching zone😆I do keep track of my stitching. I just need your laser focus lol you’re an awesome stitcher!
It’s nice to see other stitchers who have to deal with a dog, too. We have a mini Aussie (aka Miniature American Shepherd). Love the shark costume. We sit on our King bed which the dog loves and I like having my husband there, too. We each try to make the other person control the TV controls, and it’s almost always me (oh well).

The way your set up in your chair reminds me so much of my own setup. I also have 2 dogs trying to get my attention....they ask up down....door...up down.
That was fun to watch! I wish that I could stitch for hours but I have to stitch in small increments of time to rest my hands. It’s no wonder you get so much done. Also I have to focus on just stitching with no outside noises like TV. I laughed when I saw you in your pjs at 6:00…that’s me too! Thanks for doing this.

That was really fun to watch. I have a tray I work from as well. Have a light but should really get a magnifier. Didn’t think about using my phone for tracking time. Will have to try that as I like to keep track as well in my book like you too. Thanks and keep up the fantastic helping videos…. I love and learn so much from them.

I like your set up. I used to have a Jack Russel that would sit with me on my chair and he loved being under the cloth or a quilt that I was hand binding, but now my dog is TOO big for that. I have to say… I always wondered how you timed yourself! It never dawned on me that you set the stop clock on your phone 🙄 … I will have to try that.
I enjoyed watching this video and a slice of your life. My chair that I stitch in is too small - I need one like yours! My little Yorkie wants to sit next to me and he is unhappy that he has to be on the ottoman instead of the chair!!
Piggy is adorable! Have you ever tried a thundershirt for him. He calms down with the shark costume on because it does the same thing as the thundershirt. You can find them on Amazon or PetSmart. I have one for my furbaby and it works!
I enjoyed watching you stitching in your cozy stitchy nest. I do have a question about floss bitties. I like to wrap my floss on it but my floss unwinds off the bitty and looks messy. I was just curious how to stop it from unwinding. Thanks!

Oh please don't worry about how you look! To me you look extremely comfortable! I"m retired so I quite often stay in my P.J.s and stretch out to stitch. That chair takes the cake for comfort. And that's one bright light. Hmmmmm Maybe that's what I need. At 72, things are getting a tad dim these days. I find listening to music (Stingray Jukebox Oldies) usually get's me stitching faster! LOLOL I know my cat does the same thing as your dog. I really think it's because they think they NEED attention, Five minutes of attention and I guarantee he'll lay down and quit bugging, Take care and hugs from Canada!

Lol, woman do so much while cross stitching. I hate when I have to stop and re-needle thread...Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could stitch that fast. Piggy’s too cute. You are my hero.
