Hey Guys! I've had a lot of requests for Cal Ripken Jr. and finally got the list done! Let me know which Cal Ripken Jr. cards you think should be on the list. Check out my other baseball card videos here: ua-cam.com/play/PLrmolUXjojPMbnGNd9g9-DtE4gqbTGPTH.html Thanks for watching!
I am the owner of the #1 card you showed. It was a big sale but I know that another will most likely not come up for a very long time so I pulled the trigger. Only 1,800 sets/sheets were printed with 50 of the original 1,800 sheets left uncut of the set and were sold to people in over 30 states with no advertising. I see a big future for this card as the lower graded ones are selling for a big premium now.
Wow! Congrats on the purchase! This card is without a doubt going to be the number one Cal Ripken Jr. card as the awareness of the rareness grows. Thanks for the insight, I was unaware that only 1,800 sheets had been made. I do know that some reprints got out but the market caught on to them real quick. PSA had to refund 2 sellers their money for grading fakes but they know what to look for now. 👍 Luckily they caught it in time!
I enjoyed making this! Lot's of research and choices to decide which cards I thought were his best options. Looking forward to making an updated list in the future!👍
Same here. I pulled it from a $10 box at Target. My hands were shaking as I took the card to my local card shop for one of those huge cases. Still got the card.
Matt I really enjoy all of your videos and have wanted to do a PSA submission for awhile. I went back to your original videos and will for sure do your exact technique in getting the package ready.
Pulled a 92 Donruss Cal Ripken Jr. signature series when I was a kid. stopped by a liquor store and bought a snickers, and 2 packs of the 92 Donruss. I was walking back to the house with my friend and halfway to the house I opened the first pack and my hands started to shake when I could see the reflection of the card hit my face. I took off running home and the rest is history.
Hey, Matt. Thanks for that. I've been a patient viewer waiting for this one. I have a couple of those, and am going to join PSA very, very soon. It's worth your while to google the St. John's. Newfoundland snow emergency. Our city has been shut down since Friday with no end in sight. We had 120-130 cm. of snow in 2 storms. It's crazy here. I had to walk to the next town to get supplies. Keep 'em coming.
Hey Rod! Glad you're doing ok. I saw the storm on the news and man I don't know what we would do if that happened to us down in the south! Hopefully, you have your power on or get it turned on soon. That storm looks serious and definitely required a state of emergency. Now's a good time to organize some boxes of old cards lol. Stay warm I hope it gets cleared up soon!
@@GRADEDCARDINVESTOR We lost our power twice for about 5 minutes each time. We lucked out that way. But the shovelling is really killing us. Our crew alone helped 15 families a day since Saturday. It's good to see the news reaching you guys in the South. Thanks for the awesome comment there, my friend. Have a good one.

Love your content! Looking at getting back into collecting cards as something to do with my son who is now 10. Based on value and quality of the cards, any suggestions on best baseball card product to purchase?
You can't go wrong with Bowman Chrome, Topps, Bowman or Topps Chrome products! Those are all fairly basic sets with some decent pull potential. Great sets to collect and build together. You really can't go wrong with any set though so if theirs some cards marked clearance, I'd snatch them up! Thanks for the feedback. Happy collecting 👍
I have a Cal Ripken Jr Circa'96 checklist, but it is numbered 002/150. I have searched online high and low, and have never seen another like it. Any ideas of what this is?
