I’ve been enjoying leveling classes that I don’t normally use (Shaman, Hunter, Monk, and Priest) via the Mists Remix but today is, sadly, the last day for it. I’ve been having fun and I’m kinda bummed that it’s ending (the time really seems to have flown by!) but at least early-access for ‘The War Within’ is in only two days!
The way the game is now, a couple hours of leveling to learn your class is enough. I don't really like boosting because it takes me a while to gain any connection to the character and set them up. Leveling makes that process easier but 50 hours is too much for that. The main reason i used to like leveling was fighting in BGs every 10 levels with whatever i was able to get was fun. Then pvp changes made that less fun so now it's just a grind to me.
Call me cynical, but it seems to me the purpose of the timewalking dungeon change was to increase participation in timewalking dungeons so max level characters wouldn't have to wait in queue so long, which was a common complaint.
Timewalking was made so lower levels would get queues faster, not the higher leveled ones. After about 5-6 normal dungeons and 5-6 heroic dungeons, you stop using the lfg system and move on to the premade group section for m+ as a max lvl character, where there are always groups and lower lvl character cant join so once ppl get to max lvl noone joins the lfg system anymore. Thats why they try to make the timewalking event attractive to upgrade looms.
