Thanks for watching and the support!
Silos make for alot of extra hard work in these times but man what a great system to make top notch feed for a wonderful herd of cattle . I know you've talked about getting them gone in the future and that will be a sad day indeed . End of a era
I totally agree. I remember going out to the silo shed to help (watched) my grandpa feed cows. But like said in another video. Not many people know who’s to work on them anymore.
Happy Veterans Day thank you for your service
Thanks for your service God bless
Southeast of Edmonton Alberta we had some snow about 3 weeks ago not much left only on the north sides of building
Nice Harvest
Happy vets day thanks for everything you and your family do Kips Farming
Good show
Hard working crew 🚜🚜🚜🚜🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Totally enjoyed watching the video Kip 😊
Love those Gehl Hi throws.
Combine slogging through the wet corn field ... we used to say we had three seasons in Michigan, Winter Summer and Mud. Looks like you are doing alright with it.
Thank for service and doing good job
Thank you for your service
Thanks for another great video Kip. It was interesting.
First of all thinking of myself and you yesterday as Saturday was Veterans Day. Thanks for your service to your country. My 28 years went by fast it seems. Had great years in uniform as you did Also and made lifelong friends. God bless them all. Thanks Kip.
Glad you are getting this high moisture corn cracked and in the silo. Know you will be glad to have it filled up.
Might be I am looking at your combine wrong but from the drone footage it looks like a panel is missing from the top of the combine???????
Check it out or you probably know what is going on there??????
About it I guess. You all take care and be safe. Thanks for everything Kip.
The drone footage shows a lot of corn to come out yet. Assume you have bin space on the farm for rest of corn or take straight to the elevator.
Thanks for everything Kip.
The Iowa Farm Boy. Steve.
Thanks young man!!
Great video
As always Kip, another gem. Stay safe and God Bless you and your family 🇺🇸💪🏻🇺🇸MERICA
Hi Kip, keep up the great work man. Happy veterans day and Thanks for your service.
Pp
Ya thankyou for your service
Thank you for your service! We always fed high moisture ear corn. Loved the smell too
Thank you for sharing. Grain looking good. Hope you're getting more then you hoped too Harvest this year? Thats a good problem to have. Hope the weather holds off until your done. Its been kinda pleasant down by me. Grand Rapids area. Had some snow and alittle rain. But not bad.
Is that grain bin new? I don't remember seeing it before. Love your videos! I envy you and your family working together. My dad ruled with an iron fist so we couldn't work as a family together. God bless!
"PS "Kip... met your "Aunt yesterday "Bought a set Of "New BKT;; tires 18;4;34 tires ... from your "moms" Sister & husband !!! "Vandenbergs " north of "Imalay City" marv"
Great video Kip! Happy Veterans Day!
Had an Air-Hand blower with no paddles. Filled silo with whole kernel corn.
Kip I love watching your videos! They are just very enjoyable to watch. It’s really neat how you guys run the farm. Just easy and simple. Keep them coming!
Howdy Kip
Corn is flowing like it’s 30% or more. Hopefully the stuff you haul in dried down more for you guys
Can’t believe how much rain you’ve had. Looks like not much chance for any fall tillage! Corn is so sticky it doesn’t want to flow out of the grain cart.
I was wondering why😂 don't you have two bale feeders with that many cows
Another great video! Keep up the great work Kip! I'll be driving thru Imlay City on my way to Marlette for Thanksgiving. I'll way on our way by 🙂 The Lions will roar on T-Giving Day v. Packers!!
Thought I saw you from a distance in Orlando, hope you had a few minutes to soak up some Florida sun
Another very interesting video Thank you 😊😊
How many acres of beans do you have? And how many acres of corn you got left? If you gotta do beans you’re gonna have fun in the mud you might have to wait until she freezes. If we don’t get no snow I know what it’s like I used to come by corn and so eating in the mud, I was a farmers, Wisconsin.
10:51 why not use a j&m hopper wagon and just park it beside the blower.
Your missing a Augur flighting on your Combine.
We have one of those blower. No reciter anymore though.
That’s awesome. I have a question why don’t you just dump into your chopper box with no roof on it and keep that set up by the blower or have 2 of them instead of dumping into the end dump and moving all the time. God bless
Where is all the corn still in the field going??????
You could use a nice used gravity 750 save truck and accidents
after the silo is full, what do you do with the rest of the corn?
Love the videos….Why mix silage and the wet corn? Why not just cut it as all silage. Wouldn’t you get more material that way?
ive got one of those huge pitch forks too. Were those manufactured somewhere or did older farmers just make them?
What happened to boot on end of combine auger noticed in drone shots she was missing
Just a little muddy !!
I feel for you guys and all that mud. Sure makes for a long fall. Did you get all of your beans off. Hopefully one of these days it will dry off a little
And happy Veterans Day, thanks for your service Kip.
And my best to the Grant Man
With all the work you are doing with the 4430, how many hours have you put on the 4430 this year so far? I'd like to know, as I ran a 4430 primary tillage and a 4230 for secondary tillage/spraying for years then traded a 4230 for a 4440 with a cab, thought we were big time with a cab.
Wow are you wet .I'm 3 hours south of you in West central Ohio .we are so dry, hard to do fall tillage and there is field fire risk every day
Just curious. Why don’t you just use gravity wagons for hmc? Same as silage corn basically. Just run wagons strsit out to combine and back to silo grinder. Would eliminate auger wagon semi and tilt trailer etc: I get it ya progly use grain cart for soybeans and wheat etc. but for hcm just seems harder using big west end dump like that. I’m sure ya got your reasons I was just curious badicallly
Holy $#%T you have water!
12 inch drain tile
Best lay 2X12 right where were you are at.
we went from drought to much rain in my own valley were my self and my mom and dad live the fields are muddy aswell
Oh my, the combine would work better if it wasn’t set as a roller mill!
We do that to get as much cob as possible..really works well for ruminents
Are your farms in Michigan PA 116?
That’s a blower grinding bearing
"My wheat was 100% ...planted 3 weeks.. "Ago... "100 % of "Intended 2024 !!! "Acres Planted" & "All Reported too.. "Fsa & "Crop Insurance" Ps... 2024 'Wheat is going too.. BE 'Between.. $8.00 - $9.00 a bushel
Someone has to get it done
HVORFOR HOLDER DU HJEMME, NÅR DU IKKE KAN KØRE UDE TIL MARKEN... kan det ske for du så ikke for vogn på plads
Everyone has high moisture corn rite now. Every farmer is complaining
I realized the tractor might be in the way I was just wondering
Is there a reason you're backing in from the blindside
