- 7029 Clun Castle didn't disappoint on her tour from Dorridge around the Cotswolds. Filmed her as she passed through Stonehouse, then resting in the sidings in Oxford. The final filming was at Hanborough.
Lovely video.
Had a ride behind Clun Castle in Mar 67.
It was on the Zulu along with 4079 Pendennis Castle on the Birkenhead Flyer.
The upclose shots of Clun are great, nice to have a study in Detail.
Also love the non railway location shots of the flowers etc.
I find something so peaceful about being on a deserted railway station, almost away from modernity.

Keep the vids coming, its nice to see the area, the ambience of it?
Just waiting to see a train, hearing the bird song is great.
There is a video of the Cumbrian Mountain Express on UA-cam, in of the scenes there is an adder curled up in the grass, it really made the scene up there in rural Cumbria.
Well at least they are timid,it that had been a common Australian Eastern Brown I would give it a very wide berth indeed.
They have attitude if you know what I mean.
Excellent video Great work Thanks again Hils..

Thanks Brian. She sounded great!
Hils TheTrainLady just lovely 😊
Clun features in 'A Shropshire Lad'. It has a ruinous castle, but never had a railway.
