    Appreciate your detailed reviews, in particular the load outs. As a Fuji user, this helped steer me towards the 6l Venture. Thanks.

      I got a new short video dropping this Friday about my travel camera sling =)

    I bought the 10L to replace my PD sling as you can flatten bellroy sling and pack it in your luggage, and use it at your destination as daypack. I wish it has internal or external zip area at the back to keep iPad mini, passport or other travel documents. I really have difficulty keeping my passport along with the camera gears.

    Nice review and appreciate you showing all the different camera brand/lens combo options and how they fit.
    Wish they made a couple of small camera versions, like a 3L and 6L. This one is too large for my use case.

    Been waiting for a review of this bag with Canon to test. Amazing stuff, good review and appreciate for the many options of camera's in the bag!!! Cheers that deserves a sub! Would you go with this over peakdesign?

    the strap is detachable and can be flipped so you can wear it on either shoulder, front or back

    So you lose the flat zipper pouch on the interior back wall that the 9L has. That's perfect for an iPad mini or other small tab. Very disappointing.

    I’ve had this bag a couple of years, and overall like it. Nice quality, like being able to access the zipper with 2 pulls rather than just one. Room for iPhone 15pro keys, and another couple of other small items in the outside zip. Can’t remove the dividers, but when you push the two to the left and right sides, it leaves a good sized space in the middle. Very durable and lightweight. I like the option for one of the dividers to fold in half, allowing you to stack/protect lenses on the bottom and odd things on top. You can switch the strap for left or right side carry. A bag that is good for on the go, rather than travel.

      nice thanks for ur input! but yeah good for on the go as opposed to travel!

    Thanks for the video! Answered most of my questions regarding the bag. Just wondering if you have a wandrd veer packable bag? I am thinking to stash this bellroy sling like an insert into the wandrd veer bag just so that i can carry my camera stuff with dual straps most of the time to prevent sore shoulders. The dimensions seem to indicate that the bellroy would fit almost snuggly, but i wasnt sure. Would be great if you have the veer to check this out 😅

    • @DesmondCheng
      @DesmondCheng  2 місяці тому

      yes i have the wandrd veer. the straps are a bit too flimsy and offer no support which is why i havent really used it!

    I’m surprised you hadn’t reviewed this bag. I also wish it had a internal, rear pocket & a rear, external zippered pocket. I do like the minimal attachment points underneath.

      better late than never!!! The Ulanzi Camera Sling bag is essentially this bag, but it has external and internal rear pockets!

      It does have an external zippered pocket that runs parallel to the main zipper, and best suited for longer, flatter objects or an iPhone or wallet and keys. It also has an inner zipper that sits along the top of the main compartment. It’s small, good enough for sunglasses, or than a smaller batteries.

    hey there great video. any chances of fitting a 10inch tablet in any of the other pockets or in the interior if you move the divider to the side?thanks in advance..

  • @mrpurple33

    I'm thinking about this for an x100v... I mean.. if you want to carry other things in there as well. you could adapt the dividers so that one of them is smaller. Then you could fold one divider down and have space for other things.. like water, a book or whatever..
    I feel like a camera would bounce around without the dividers.. like in the 6L ?

    • @DesmondCheng
      @DesmondCheng  10 днів тому

      The 10L is too big for the x100V in my opinion! I've been using the Alpaka Vertex for my X100 lately. Another option is Peak Design. And Wandrd Rogue sling!

    I bought this bag a couple of months ago and the only negative point I have is it won't stand up, keeps rolling over due to the curved bottom. I've loaded mine with a Canon R5 c/w RF 24-70 f2.8L or RF15-35 f2.8L attached and enough space (just) for the RF 70-200 f4L.

    For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I'll be happy that I have the kislux as my travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.

    why dont you just flip the strap? the strap is detachable. just flip it around. its designed to be used for both right and left handed

      the stupid thing about the buckle is that its not in an ideal place for me to loosen or tighten because where it fits most comfortable on me is literally right in the middle of where the should pad sits on me. doesnt matter about switching sides
