ABOUT THIS 4 SESSION SERIES:
The result of trauma and chronic anxiety can show up in our bodies through restricted and protective muscle patterns. This often happens in our shoulders and heart space as we curl inward as a means of providing safety, making ourselves smaller, or possibly due to feeling defeated and hopeless.
With mindful movement and calming breath work, we’ll explore our shoulders and the areas that surround them such as the jaw, neck, chest, and upper back.

This really helped a lot, when I was In my shavasana I felt like my body wanted to get out a cough so I started coughing then it turned into a need for screaming but it felt like I needed to scream from my belly and it felt like I released a lot of uncomfortable stuck feelings from my body it's really amazing 🙏

Wow, thank you so much. It's the first yoga session of you that I followed. It's a totally new experience of yoga to me. I can feel my body with some space, where it was just hurting before.
this was so good oh my gods. yesterday and today i’ve had a raging migraine and this brought it down to a manageable headache. thank you!
All I can say is wow. I feel like this is the yoga I have needed all my life! So so nice 🧡 my back cracked 3 times in fish pose which it has never done and I was yawning all the way through so massive releases here, I feel amazing. Thank you so much!

thank you so much for this practice. the area around my shoulders and chest is really tight and while doing the soft neck stretches I could feel trapped emotions arising. in shavasana I could feel the energy moving while my chest opened. this was so good.

I did this session for a week and in the last day I experienced a deep release in this two positions 22:15, 29:21
My left hand in both positions were shaking very hard and after that releasong I felt cold in my cold then I felt very refreshing and comfy, it was a great experiment ❤❤❤❤❤❤
This kind of yoga is really work!

I am so grateful for this practice. I am recovering from food poisoning and neck migraines. Started this practice feeling so weak and out of it.
Half way through I felt my body softening a little and I wasn’t feeling as sick.
By the end my neck feels so much better and I’m even hungry and feeling ready to eat something and move around. Thank you Hannah! This is such a gift.

I’m really glad that I found this… I’ve been doing EMDR for a few months now. After my last session, I had some severe shoulder tension that caused one of my nerves to be pinched. My therapist said that it’s definitely something that I need to work through. I am really looking forward to finding some relief through this.

So in my head it is really funny. But doing these exercises made me remember all the slaps and physical abuse I had a kid ( Thappad & Kuttaye) #justbrownfamilythings 😅
