Last months of World War II in April 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theater, a battle-hardened U.S. Army sergeant in the 2nd Armored Division named Wardaddy commands a Sherman tank called "Fury" and its five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.

This scene was such a gut wrenching part only because you know that the guy on fire had picked the best option for himself after his attempt to exit safely. It is one of those “My ally shouldn’t be dying that way” moments for the mC
TANK you for your service.
2:42, the crew of the Fury tank is laughing
Still happening now
It's a good scene.
the editing was confusing. after watching this several times, it is not clear to me the protagonist could have shot the kid with the Panzerfaust. On the one hand when they showed the protagonist observe the German it seemed they were at 90 degrees and the protagonist's weapon would have been pointing 90 degrees away from the German - but in the view showing the Panzerfaust being deployed the German was more than a tank's length ahead of the protagonist and probably would have been within reach of the protagonist's weapon. could have been made clearer to the viewer.
Regardless, even if he wasn't able to angle his gun to shoot, he didn't attempt to do anything other than just watch. He could have alerted the others that there was someone running around among the trees. If he had warned them, Wardaddy would likely have been able to quickly shoot the german kid before he could fire off the panzerfaust.
@@bluenicholasbf2142 good point
Hell of a thing, you don't shoot the children soldiers, you or you and your squad prolly dies, if you do, you just killed children, not much of a choice really, war is ugly....
End of movie it perfect

So ein unrealistischer Schrottfilm. Die Schauspieler passen auch überhaupt nicht 👎👎👎👎
Rechtig.
This movie sucked
Did dude just put a bullet in his head wearing a bulletproof helmet?
There weren’t any bulletproof helmets in WW2.
They were designed to stop shrapnel, not bullets.
Plus tankers wore padded helmets, not bulletproof ones.
@thisaccountnameiscompletel8949 not that you were implying they were, but even modern helmets aren't bulletproof. If they make em, our military don't wear them
no that helmet was mostly leather and for concussions (search up tanker helmet)
@ interesting
@@justincohen4823 true, but the modern day helmet we use are bullet resistant, and in the right conditions can occasionally stop bullets, but are still more to stop fragmentation
Trashy movie i egressed cinema 20mins into it.
