My great Grandfather died on the Titanic, Sweet is his last name. I never got to know him and, I dont know if he showed courage by saving anyone but, I'd like to believe he did. I cant imagine being ship wrecked in the Arctic ocean and then dying in ice freezing, knife like sensations all over my body until my last breath, and I can imagine being anywhere near the center of the ship when it blew and was forced to separate into two. Although, I appreciate those who commemorate this horrific ship wreck, I am not at all happy to see people look at the Titanic as just another ship wreck or dont have some type of sincerity towards those of us who had family pass on the Titanic. Historically accurate the way the ship broke apart, first funnel being sheered off on impact, the rest on the way down to the ocean floor. It's definately unsettling when you think about the horror there must have been while this was all going on but a well-done recreation, great job!

Nicely done. I like the sort-of sparks that appeared when it split. Obviously you weren't going to be able to capture how the new animation captures titanic sinking without a lot more work. This captures the event quite well.
If you were a miniature person on that ship, you would be about two tenths of an inch tall. If you didn't escape and went down with the Titanic in a depth that was in proportion to the actual wreck site, you would be laying under about thirty five feet and nine inches of water.
you shoulda put a buncha tiny ants onboard & film them scampering about, falling off and then running to the stern so that when it goes down it's like a little DiCaprio & Winslet
Not when the bosun teams you up and tells you to paint the funnel and it is a 'job & knock" ( When it is finished you can have the rest of the day off) Then one funnel is quite enough if you want to spend the afternoon sat out in the sun drinking ice cold lager and eating pies fresh cooked from the galley =D
Actually now its know that id didnt broke in half like in the movie, but in other slower way from the keel upwards (instead from A deck down) and probably bellow water due to the stress of the front part pushing down and the stern trying to keep afloat (rather than the weight of the lifted stern). The new theory also explains why so many people reported that it had sank intact.. people wouldnt notice the break until being really close or payinf close atention to the event .. from the lifeboats it would seem like it went down in one piece
Wessel Boeijen Tecnically there is 3 main parts under the water and the rest scattered in debree.. but apart from the main stern and bow sections there is a smaller section wich is the quill and part of the bottom of the ship between the fourth and third funnels.. Also i said i"t didnt broke in half like in the movie" ..not that it didnt broke .. it broke in half but in a diferent way than that shown in the movie.. it was more like the other way.. instead of ripping apart from up to down ..the bottom began compressing between funnels 3 and 4 until that part was smashed and broke away .. search the video "Titanic New sinking theory 2006 | Ping4PongWolfie" for a graphic explanation
Lucas Damien Mancera Is in the area upside down ... there is no much left but the queel and whatever is under it.. probably it was riped apart in the descent like the stern. you can see sonar images of it here: http: www. titanic-model .com/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=100&topic_id=46436 (fix the url)

Eeeeeeee
2:10 and BOY is music scary but Fit for sinking ship
Actually now its know that id didnt broke in half like in the movie, but in other slower way from the keel upwards (instead from A deck down) and probably bellow water due to the stress of the front part pushing down and the stern trying to keep afloat (rather than the weight of the lifted stern).
The new theory also explains why so many people reported that it had sank intact.. people wouldnt notice the break until being really close or payinf close atention to the event .. from the lifeboats it would seem like it went down in one piece
Why are there 2 pieces of the ship on the bottom of the sea then? The back of the ship imploded so there's not much left of it but still...
Wessel Boeijen
Tecnically there is 3 main parts under the water and the rest scattered in debree.. but apart from the main stern and bow sections there is a smaller section wich is the quill and part of the bottom of the ship between the fourth and third funnels..
Also i said i"t didnt broke in half like in the movie" ..not that it didnt broke .. it broke in half but in a diferent way than that shown in the movie.. it was more like the other way.. instead of ripping apart from up to down ..the bottom began compressing between funnels 3 and 4 until that part was smashed and broke away .. search the video "Titanic New sinking theory 2006 | Ping4PongWolfie" for a graphic explanation
sparrowlt well no where's the 3rd piece then
Lucas Damien Mancera
Is in the area upside down ... there is no much left but the queel and whatever is under it.. probably it was riped apart in the descent like the stern.
you can see sonar images of it here: http: www. titanic-model .com/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=100&topic_id=46436 (fix the url)
sparrowlt no it IMPLODED

I know this sounds crazy but my dad told me my great great grandfather worked and helped build titanic but lucky for him he did not go on it.

0:23 bow and bridge sinks
Considering that every second of this, a person dies.
I AM SOO AMAZED The whole thing looked amazing
It would be better if the sinking ship model had the port list the survivors of the titanic said that the ship listed to port side

Pretty much impossible. I think this was made before James Cameron's analysis of -making Titanic 1997: Remastered Edition- the Titanic sinking documentary. So, no...he can't now.
