Sometimes I leave it in my hair for 2 days, sometimes I wash it out that night. It all depends on my mood haha. But depending on the pomade you should either wash it out or sometimes you have to leave it in. Petroleum based pomades usually stay in your hair for at LEAST a week..even with washing it. Water based I usually let it stay in my hair because I like the messy look in the morning. As for your pillow..it doesnt do much to it. Petroleum might stick to it, but I only use water based.
very fine haircut. its amazing how you have total control over that side part man. I wish i could get mine that super straight. very nice.I'm getting this cut next visit to the barber.
Have you ever thought about going down on the sides a little more, like fading the lower part? It kind of poofs out. And it looks like it isn't long enough to slick back. I think that would be easier on you. That's what I do, I just fade the bottom of it and blend the upper half into it.
Pomade would still work easier than wax. It'll be strong enough as well. For the part, it could possibly be because of hair length but also what you should start doing is comb your hair all the way back with the big teethed part of your comb/brush. You'll see lines in your hair and you pick the line you want to part it at and put your comb in there. Go to 0:20 and you can see what I'm talking about. That will make it a clean and straight part.
When your in the shower, face the water and put your hair down straight towards the floor. Working in sections grab, pinch and pull down your hair using the sides of your fingers. Once your whole head is done, slick and bring it all back right before turning off the shower. After that make sure you dry your hair the best you can, usually towel and blow drying back. This will make your hair appear straighter. Good luck dude. Oh and if your hair is thick, use a wide tooth comb. Shit works wonders.
Happy Birthday! After watching your videos, i'm growing out my hair again, you've inspired me too hhahah Now there's gonna be a whole bunch of Jordan hair look a-likes running around town hahaha
May I ask what kind of measurement you usually ask for when you go to the salon or barber? Or what you tell them how to cut your hair. I really like this style.
Replying :P the back of my head is frustrating if I dont use enough product. You just have to know your hair. For my head/hair the very very back gets combed down while the "top" of the back of my head gets combed over to the side with the rest of my hair on top. Look in the mirror and comb it either to the side or straight down. Use more product if you have to.
When you go outside, does your hair stay like that without messing up? Even if it's windy? Doesn't look like it's quick to fix if it messes up, how do you restyle it? Love the style though, am jealous (:
Dude your hairstyle is awsome. Im tryinf to get my hair just the way you have it cut in this video. How long does it take to grown it out like that? And how do tou keep it all nice while growing it out?
I really want this cut, but can you style it so that it's not always so perfect? I've got an active lifestyle so it would never stay just like that for long i'm guessing...
Whats up man saw the video response! I have a friend who is black that rocks a pompadour just the way you do, he cuts it to shape and uses grease to gets just a better definition of it, except his hair was a looooot taller than yours so I'm assuming he had a bigger afro? I dont know much about it. I'm sure with work you can part it and pomp it that way or you can do anything you want to achieve if you just work at it!
I always understood how to comb my hair to style it like a pomp. But it would never stay, or harden up and look gross. it's a little sad that i never knew about pomade up until now. Thanks :).
Ummmmm I know the top is like at least 6-7 inches but the sides are really short! Just tell them to keep the top long and do a fade on the sides and the back!
nice hair man love the look how to cut you hair cause im getting into the rockabilly lifesytle just dont have the hair cut for it what do you get when you get a hair cut? if you can help me out please btw awesome stash!!
Thanks man! This is the only vid that didn't spent so much time talking& actually do hair...well anyways when u get a hair cut what do u get on the sides & the top? *what number* plz answer!
Hey Man...How did you get that mustache...Did you thin & trim the part directly below your nose. What is the desired length for for the end twist? What mustouche wax do you use?
Hey so when you were in the process of growing it out what style were you doing? Were you getting the same haircut and letting the top grow? Or just grew it all out then got the cut?
Ahhh I just tell them to give me the gentleman's cut. I dont know exact measurements but the next time I go I will ask. All I know is that it is a fade on the sides and back, and we keep the top long, only portioning it out.
Is Suavecito Pomade the only product you use on a daily basis?? Because I see in some of your vlogs that your hair is not that greased up. Just Curious...Good Videos Man!!
He just does everything for me. When I ask he just fades the back and sides and he layers everything so it falls and flows naturally.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAN... LIL LATE... AWESOME HAIR STYLE... NEVER CHANGE IT

the coolest hairstyle ever and also the coolest guy:) you should make a video at the barber shop so i can show it to my barber haha
other then that all your videos are DOPE. KEEP IT ROCKIN KEEP IT ROLLIN
I got mine 4 days ago and it looks Great! I would've never gotten it with a taper fade if not for your videos! Thanks!
You could always put product in your hair, wear a hat and bring a comb with you when you dont want to wear the hat anymore. You can wet comb it
wow, i watched ur old vids)) when u was younger, u grew up a lot dude) i love ur hair and i def let my hair grow like that, tnx for videos :")
My pleasure, anytime! I'll make a video soon about literally how I do everything. Like where I part, and I'll do like steps and stuff haha
When I trim it it, I do it the same allthe way around..the hair on my jawline is just thicker and stuff not necessarily longer
JT is definitely an inspiration aha
That just looks sick bro. Mad props. Bad a** hair style.
Yeah it is kind of layers, to the back of my head on the top is the shortest. The front of my head being the longest
Most likely, but you wont have a high pomp in the front..its just be brushed to the side
Have you ever thought about going down on the sides a little more, like fading the lower part? It kind of poofs out. And it looks like it isn't long enough to slick back. I think that would be easier on you. That's what I do, I just fade the bottom of it and blend the upper half into it.
I always were a hat and as soon has I saw this video I was able to walk around feeling happy thanks for making the video. :)
Happy Birthday! Keep thes videos coming. woohooo!
Man I'm hyped to rock this in the summer!

1-3 fade on the sides and back, then keep the top long
Happy Birthday! After watching your videos, i'm growing out my hair again, you've inspired me too hhahah Now there's gonna be a whole bunch of Jordan hair look a-likes running around town hahaha
It would work but I think it would fall down and not hold as strong as pomade or wax
happy belated birthday
Happy Birthday!
Thank you! Thats why I make them!
Happy Birthday man .
May I ask what kind of measurement you usually ask for when you go to the salon or barber? Or what you tell them how to cut your hair. I really like this style.

Dude your hairstyle is awsome. Im tryinf to get my hair just the way you have it cut in this video. How long does it take to grown it out like that? And how do tou keep it all nice while growing it out?
I think you can do it man, no way to know unless you try! Use a heavy pomade though.
happy birthday then
Happy super late birthday!!
Wax might be able to work yes, if it has a good hold to it.
I really want this cut, but can you style it so that it's not always so perfect? I've got an active lifestyle so it would never stay just like that for long i'm guessing...

It shines
Get it going brotha
I always understood how to comb my hair to style it like a pomp. But it would never stay, or harden up and look gross. it's a little sad that i never knew about pomade up until now. Thanks :).
In winter I would like to wear hat, but it messes up my hair and I obviously don't want that.So could you give me any advice?
I think it does
If you blow dry it out, you can straighten it some. Tried it myself.
Just let it grow out a little bit its not bad! You can still do a nice little front pomp that combs to the side like a gentleman!
Hair looks Sweet! what do you use on your moustache to keep it in shape?
Ummmmm I know the top is like at least 6-7 inches but the sides are really short! Just tell them to keep the top long and do a fade on the sides and the back!
in this video I got it from their website. Google suavecito pomade and I got the big tub of it...32 oz.
A little late but Happy Birthday!
nice hair man love the look how to cut you hair cause im getting into the rockabilly lifesytle just dont have the hair cut for it what do you get when you get a hair cut? if you can help me out please btw awesome stash!!

I let it all grow out personally, I might have cut it and just let the top grow if I knew what it looked like before hand
Thank you
You have awesome hair man
i LOVE your mustache
Please reply. How do you get the hair in the back of your head to stay down i can never get them to stay down and i get so frustrated.Any tips?
Hey man. What would be some good numbers to get cut to start this using this style?
Hey Man...How did you get that mustache...Did you thin & trim the part directly below your nose. What is the desired length for for the end twist?
What mustouche wax do you use?
I just use a little more pomade, maybe just on my finger tips and manually press it down.
Could you use wax to style pompadour?
Because it's kinda hard to find pomade in my country
What kind of cut do you ask for when you go get your haircut
Thank you!
I get it from their website just google suavecito pomade
Happy late bday and what hair grease do you use? I use 3flowers. I have this hair just like yours
Hey so when you were in the process of growing it out what style were you doing? Were you getting the same haircut and letting the top grow? Or just grew it all out then got the cut?
Can this style be done with a cowlick in front?
Ahhh I just tell them to give me the gentleman's cut. I dont know exact measurements but the next time I go I will ask. All I know is that it is a fade on the sides and back, and we keep the top long, only portioning it out.
How should i ask if i want to get this hairstyle? btw good video :)
Do you like it?
I live up in Northern California
I havent noticed it until I read this comment, I'll ask the barber when I go in for another cut!
Suavecito Original Hold and Hanz de Fuko pomade
I need help I'm black and I simply have a Afro with grease in it cut into to shape if a pomp are there any other styles I can get
Is Suavecito Pomade the only product you use on a daily basis?? Because I see in some of your vlogs that your hair is not that greased up. Just Curious...Good Videos Man!!
What would you recommend if your hair is wavy to make it look better? Since I have a fade on the sides and long on the top.
