    As a dentist, that last crossface jaw crank is horrific. The TMJ is like the knee joint in that it is easy to permanently injure. Like he says his jaw clicks to this day from that move.

    hi coach thanks you from France for all you techniques that you display on youtube I learn some good tricks, i wonder how you deal with chin down when you have back control i mean i see here the seatbelt position already prevent that but when the guy already chin down I dont know how to deal with it i dont like crushing jaw I respect that but I want clean choke

    Wow. What details. RnC always looks easy. But im 50% with it. That sucks. These variations and details should hopefully make a diff to 70-80%. 9:30' S grip i didnt get. A bit slower on that would be nice. But thank you for an awesome video

    What was the technique at 9:30 with the "S" grip? was that a wrist lock? Bicep slicer?

    • @CojackM
      @CojackM 7 років тому

      I think it's hyperflexing elbow by pulling his hand too close to his shoulder.

    Nice. For MMA .. fuck blood choke. Use your forehead to push his neck into your choking arm .. and your choking arm doesn’t even have to be deep ( your elbow lined up with his Adam’s apple).👍🏽⚡️TCB

    Nick the TOOTH looks bothered! Watch out Neil..

  • @billytheweasel
    @billytheweasel 7 років тому

    Can I ask if this works in a street fight? The free arm would gouge your eyes.

    • @TheCaliRhino
      @TheCaliRhino 7 років тому

      billytheweasel go for that eye gouge, you'll be unconscious momentarily. Dirty techniques like an eye gouge will only enrage your attacker. If you're using it as an escape technique it'll probably be about as effective as biting someone's leg while you're being arm barred
