Went for a routine eye check up for my son his corneal diopter is 47.2 and has got summetric bow tie astigmatism.. he has corneal thickness of 572 so doctor told its nothing to worry about he is different not defective but iam so worried

Dear Doctor...in first case pupil centre was -0.47..this means large angle kappa...should it alter the diagnosis?

A very good question. Yes, it does if the abnormality is just on the anterior curvature map, but in this case, the elevation maps are abnormal.
