    That looks like a damn nice chain of lakes. I might have to drive over there from Wisconsin and pluck a few out of there. Is your "dead stick" a rattle wheel? Congratulations on those fish.

      They chains got some relly big fish, but they can be tough to find!
      On the dead stick all I had was just a jig head with a minnow tail on it. And a bell attached to the rod tip.

    I notice some latency when jigging is this just a camera delay or is that with the unit

      Are you talking about the latency on the Lowrance unit? There shouldn't be any delay with the camera.
      The Lowrance seems to be a, I'd say 0.75 second delay from when you jig to seeing your bait move on the screen, so yeah there is a bit of latency

    How do you prepare and cook those Ciscoes?

      Honestly I don't keep to eat them. If i keep them I use them as bait on Pike tip-ups.

    Have you experimented with forward view?

    • @SaskCastAngling
      @SaskCastAngling  21 день тому

      Not really yet. I've turned it on and looked around, it has a bunch of noise in compared to downward view that when playing with it for a few seconds, had trouble getting rid of. I will be trying it out more in the future for sure though.

      I have one and have used forward. It has helped me out a lot. Not as good as live scope but it’s impressive for 1/3rd the price

    What are you running for a battery with the eagle eye??

      I am using a ERYY 12v 23.4AH (30AH) LiFePO4 Battery. I bought it on Amazon. It lasts me all day. I had tried a 12v 10AH dakota lithium battery and it only lasted two hours.
      I plan on making and putting out a video on all my setup for the Eagle Eye 9 soon!
