I think they have a transom mount for the ducer. That might be easy to integrate into a pole mount set up? I've got an EE9 coming tomorrow. Super happy to have FFS and down live sonar at such a small light weight unit. They must only weigh 6-8 lbs with lithium battery?
They might have some more mounts available now yeah. I couldn't find much for it like 3 months ago when prepping for ice fishing. It is pretty lightweight! I just weighed it, the plywood case I got there with the screen and Dakota Lithium Battery weighed 7.95 lbs. That does not include the transducer however, but the transducer is not very heavy at all. I hope you enjoy the unit!
Have same unit and battery. I bought two just incase. I fully charged the batteries before I went out yesterday. 5 hours of constant power draw and when I plugged in the charger this morning it was reading over 75% still. Weird
@@SaskCastAngling I’ve heard of them getting horrible usage but they were on sale for 100$ a piece so I grabbed 2 and was in shock to see the usage this morning. Hopefully it stays that way.
That interesting that you said that. I actually had bought a dakota lithium that only lasted 10 minutes, so that one is for sure bad. I returned it and got this one, and it lasted the two hours, so i assumed that's all it could do. If it is indeed another bad battery, then that is two for two for dakota in my experience. I might give it another try after charging it to full again since I have had a few others commenting that theirs lasts longer

Я себе тоже заказал, жду не дождусь, хе-хе

12v 10ah dakotas*
That's quite interesting. I wonder what the issue was then in my case. I have the Dakota Lithium right now as a backup right now. 🤷♂️

I hope so for your sake as well! Perhaps my ERYY is just overkill and I never have to ever worry about it now 😅
You might have a bad battery that 12v 10ah should last longer that that. Norsk told me 14.8v 15ah would get me more than day

@SaskCastAngling make sure it's a lithium charger a normal charger will not fully charge a lithium battery
