I decided to go with the Ali express path to maximise my value for money. I don't need fancy features. Just a nice big panel at a great price for mw/cm2.

@@SL-bu6qj I didn't get one with any pulsing. If you want that, and one with a touchscreen, remote, Bluetooth, phone app, etc.
There is one there which looks a lot like a biomax panel at around half the price. I'm thinking about getting one as a second panel.

Hi Alex! You are so kind to reply to everyone thank you! I purchased the SAIDI from Alibaba last year as it has a remote, pulsing, NIR and LED and had read you had apparently tested it and was quality? Made all the specs for irradiance etc. It definitely gives off heat though (hence the fans on back) but I am curious do they all do in your experience? This seems like a quality model but not sure if you did in fact test it. Much thanks!

Can you speak of controversies that Red Light Therpy and NIR can make the hyperpigmentation or Melasma worse? It's the only reason why I am holding back.

What would you consider the best red/infrared light pad/blanket/mat type device? Or whatever you think is best, I want to start using light therapy for my dog who’s getting on in age so I can give him the best quality of life I can but didn’t want to buy just any pad and it ends up being bad/not good quality that doesn’t best help him.

I am so disappointed because I read a book about red light therapy by Mark Sloan who says it's the next best thing. Not for me.

Thanks for the review. im on a tight budget nd considering buying from china. I done a bit of research and have found that people do not need wavelengths over 660 and 810nm. I've heard all other wavelengths such as 670, 830, 850 are more or less the same effect. WOuld you recommend i go with just the 660 and 810? Also i understand pulsed mode isnt really worth it given its lower intensity.
