A few details missing. The big nut is what holds the whole thing on. Screw it back on too tight and you can strip the threads on the head right off. The knob nut and screw slot in the needle just control the Prime/Spray adjustment. Knob nut screwed in too far will keep in in Prime mode all the time. You need to put a screwdriver thru the 8mm socket to hold the needle while turning the nut. The o-ring adds resistance to pulling the needle out. I had to work it to get mine out. Finally, not sure why you would need to replace the whole assembly. It's just a needle that closes off a hole. Not sure how it wears out. Mine just needed a new 1/2" O.D. 3/8" I.D. O-ring because it was leaking.
I really hope you answer my question. I have the same machine but when I’m spraying and I look at the flow of the water or paint come out of the tip, it shakes aaaalll the time . What can I do to fix it? Where do I buy the parts
hi my guy, nice video. I have a question, on my Titan ED655 i have a small hole underneath the machine and i never noticed it some im wondering if they are all like that or if mine broke o.o
I’ve been told by the repair shop, along with my friend who tried to repair his, that they are pressurized. You mentioned you took it all apart and cleaned it. Is it spraying properly if it is no longer pressurized?
I have the same machine and recently it lost some of the pressure and starting to get this orange peel finish due to low pressure Any ideas what might the the problem?
Try a new diaphram, they are pretty inexpensive, also make sure the inlet valve is moving freely, pour pour some thoat seal and moving with the top of a pencil to lubricate, also outlet valve, theres a ball and seat, make sure thats moving freely
Try to dissamble the top and make sure the inlet valve is moving freely, also you can open the outlet valve, theres a small spring in there with a ball, make sure thats also clear and moving freely
I love to use this little pump to spray clear
Lacquer , and once in
a while some white lacquer thanks for the video!

Thanks for posting. Mine stopped working and I think this is the issue. I wonder why it has to be replaced rather than just reassembled.
My best guess is the parts that are unreplaceable like washers and such.
Good day sir, i cant seem to get the screw off the prime knob. Srcew just turns and turns and does nothing. Any suggestions? Thanks much great content
😬😬 May be broke or stripped. That may need someone with a little more knowledge regarding repairs than myself.
My prime valve drips a little. Do you think it needs a new valve or just taken apart and cleaned?

No
It's not pressurized, they are meant to be work on, the hydraulic assembly isn't completely full either they only fill it about 80%
Nice Video ..Thanks...What gun are using with it?
We use the Graco contractor gun. I’m not a huge fan of titan guns. When spraying waterborne I like 2/10 or 3/10 FFLP
Thank for sharing love big dude

have you ever change the oil on diaprham ??
Never… I added some one time when I took apart and it spilled out but never changed.
Where can I get this valve replacement?
Where you buy the replacement
Mine doesn’t even prime or anything what’s wrong ?
Damn, do you not know how to pour paint, looks like you get more paint on the machine than the hopper 😂😂
