This Prekese is a must have in every home. It can be roasted,grinded and mix with palm oil to be applied on inflammation( boils/stings) and wounds(those wounds that takes long to heal,especially diabetic people wounds. This mixture can last long and doesn't spoil too.
Please, can you do it again with a step-by-step process of doing it, especially how you heat it in the oven or on the stove with the actual setting level that you used before grinding? It is okay with you. Thank you.
You can still dry the first ( blended) one and blend it again to achieve a perfect consistency. This is my third time seeing prekese powder, great share
