5:35 I'm on linux (pop os) with the gnome desktop environment and the first customisation I added was something called "Run Cat", it just shows a cat running whenever the CPU is in use and it goes to sleep when the CPU is idle

Its part of a bigger problem on windows. When you enable file extensions on file names, it also opens up the option to edit said file extension, and some novice users may accidentaly change the extension too while trying to edit the file name rendering useless (which is also kinda dumb).
Windows sometimes have such dumb functionality that they kept just because its legacy. Like how there is still two entirely different device managers and control panels still in Windows 11 🫠

Is there a confirmation to change the extension? I can say for sure on my android, when I change a video file extension it asks me for confirmation in case any problem occurs

@@tylerlackey1175 Yes; whenever I've done it by accident it hits me with a 'changing the file extension may leave the file usable. Are you sure?' popup.

Are you for real? Are we already in that state? No it can't be, people still have to sit down on their ass on PCs to play their Minecrafts or Fortnites and what not

@@wumbojet f*ck, you can play fortenite on your phone too?? Sorry I'm from an medieval age where UA-cam didn't exist and the best we had were some flash videos on Newgrounds that took 20 minutes to load a 5 minute video

@@felipeaguena5289 Parents nowadays are having to teach their kids how to use PCs, and the kids are reportedly getting frustrated that they have to use a keyboard and not just touch the monitor.
According to Thor in a short on the Pirate Software channel, he was watching kids at a convention go up to the demo kiosk for an unreleased game, move the controller at the station out of the way because they *did not know what it was*, and try to put their hands on the screen.
We're in for a weird one.

I only learned how to do this because the Viva New Vegas mod walkthrough specifically tells you how to do it.
