    Those around the world shoulder exercises, that's a lot of weight for your size. 2-3kg each side should be ok to start. 5kg is a lot. I can't see exactly but I'll assume they're 5kg.
    When you do the bent over rows (another tough exercise to learn) put your legs together, and have your hands on the outside for easier reps without hitting your legs.
