- Me and my brother @Zaidesbaid have been Studying Islam our whole life Alhamdulillah, this is just a quick vlog of our Day in the Lives Studying Islam in London vs Makkah as Zaid is currently in Makkah studying for about a month or 2.

How much of my supplication should I devote to you (Selawat)?” He said, “You may devote as much as you wish.” When I suggested “a quarter”, he said, “Do whatever you wish, but it will be better for you if you increase it.” I suggested “a half”, he replied, “Do whatever you wish, but it will be better for you if you increase it.” I suggested “two-thirds”, he then said, “Do whatever you wish but it will be better for you if you increase it.” I said, “Shall I devote all my supplications to send Selawat upon you?” He said, “Then you will be freed from your worries and your sins will be forgiven.”

@@tayyibrash1eed8947 brother learn about "urf". Its even mentioned in the Quran meaning that if something in a culture doesnt go against the Quran and Sunnah you follow it. I'm pretty sure the shayx being from Egypt does't likes this because in his country this is against their norms which i'm pretty sure about. Maybe he doesnt mention it because his student is from west where there is almost no culture left and he doesnt want to make a big deal out of it but the student should know his teachers culture. The teacher shouldnt have to say it in the first place. Remember good manners in Islam weighs heavy. As an example imam Malik would go around Madinah barefooted and when asked why he would say because his beloved prophet s.a.w. could have crossed that place in that place so he didnt like the idea that he would have any shoes on a blessed place.
Umar r.a said they used to first learn good manners and then knowledge because good manners are from the roots of iman

If i was the teacher i would surely tell him to not do that. Also in that sequance the other laying down and reading out hadith in a laughing manner. Is that how a student of knowledge should be in your opinion? Also aren't we supposed to to perfect each other and not just satisfy with whats halal and haram ie support each other to follow sunnah and good manners also? last but not least he i a influencer and so many kids will see this and think that this is the correct way to behave. If he did this offline i would have had no problem but he is showing it publicly and thats why the refute or encouregment should be public as well. Ma as salama!

Prophet ﷺ was not kicked out of makkah but he choose to leave because of his wisdom.

he was forced to leave makkah brother, otherwise he would not have left as he loved Makkah a lot, the prophet himself even said that if he was not oppressed he would have not left makkah, so what are you talking about, have you even read the seerah?
