Just started to play this game and was looking for some guidance and stumbled over this video which is the very first one, i've seen from you but i immediately enjoyed watching and listening to you which is rare for me, especially if i'm just looking for some help in a certain aspect of a game. Props. keep it up.
@@tonybeaumont8289I saw a couple of videos before this one and ALL of them wasted time to make the video longer and didn't even give a specific tip on the subject, they just basically say "go and loot it somewhere". This one at least pointed to a specific location. Going bit by bit through the area farming was unnecessary but I don't care at that point, I'm not forced to watch all of it but at least I got what I came for quick enough.
@@cotillionThey are very early game and I wanted to get some quick so I could make nails for storage boxes so I didn't have to delete items from my inventory because I'm a hoarder.

Scrap metal is great, but if you want to mass gather healing potions, mana potions, shroud potions, light potions, fel potions, spells, legendaries/epics/rares, metal sheets, wax, honey, salt, bone meal - Just keep resetting/farming the first ancient spire. Break every vase looking object, loot every chest. Theres like, 2-3 wooden, 2-3 silver, 1 golden chest. Bring 2 spiked clubs (they break vases fast and take 0 stamina since its a weapon.) Full clear time? about 7 minutes, 0 mobs.

At max level, the farthest south east sun temple can give a lot of metal scraps.....same temple that you get the ultimate glider. Destroying all the vases in the place can give some great crafting loot and the jars themselves are made out of metal........but of course there are max level mobs in the place so be careful.
question for all of you at the first baselocation down south east is a saltmine and left of it on the map is a temple with closed door and some moonsymbols on it and a lantern over it wich is not lit it seems like you cant open it i waited a whole night (because of the symbols ) and thought maybe it opens but nah any idea on what this is or how you can open it ? is there a way to light the lantern with a firespell or something? its 2 cresent moons and maybe it just opens on a specific "day/night" ? the door is far back and right when the moon sets it barly illuminates the door maybe we need the right night or is it something that opens later on ? the oriantation is towards the startin chamber ..maybe the door is an exit and you can reach it from inside the chamber ? pls help me its driving me nuts XD

Just go to the Sun Temple. Easily over 100 scrap metal in jars. Just watch out for that pesky wyvern, as he can one hit you if you're low level and can attack you through the walls.
I know this is a how to get scraps. But someone knows how to get the last upgrade for the hunter?? The loom something in East Lapis, because it doesn’t show for me. Tks

Its only the best in the very beginning which is why all these parrots say the same thing on all the early vids. A little north there's a spot to grab 100s crazy fast and farm weapons at the same time 0 fighting...

You can also dismantle the metal beds with a pickaxe, or the metal cages

FYI: Destroy all the flame chambers you can in your spawn area, as well as in all NPC's areas for easy (though not so quick) scrap metal.

just use a pickax and destroy the capsules where you start the game, every capsule holds 3 metal scraps

Just be careful with those exploding barrels i used a wand and thought i was far enough away when i first exploded one and it killed me.

nah, Metal Scraps are easy to get, Twigs are worse, You chew through them so quickly yet they drop in singles and not every time
If you use the reset method at the end you can farm them really quickly, otherwise your right you'll run out of bushes to harvest.
if u find those animal dens they’re filled with twigs, u can use ur pickaxe to mine them.
