Boat Dip
16 oz. sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
Instructions
In a bowl combing sour cream, taco seasoning, and cheddar cheese. Drain as much liquid off ot the canned tomatoes with green chilies, then add to sour cream. Mix until everything is well combined. Keep in refrigerator.

That's what I go for! If you had to buy that at the grocery store it'd probably have 50 ingredients in it and water, thickener and preservatives would be top of the list.

Looks so good. And I like that it's made with sour cream instead of cream cheese. It's lighter that way. Also its so hot here in sw Florida that I would just say to heck with cooking and have this for my supper!
