I just started doing Viking knit, and I've watched several videos to teach myself, and yours was by far the most helpful, and you explain things in a way in which my ADHD brain can understand, LOL. Thank you so much for this video, and I just subscribed to you.
Nice video Roberta, I do my ends a little different, I drill a hole and ball up one end of 20 gauge round wire and run it through the end cap, make a loop and wrap the wire around.
After watching almost all of your GREAT videos, I would say one thing: PLEASE film in horizontal, the whole tall skinny bit is so difficult comparatively. Having 70% of the screen blank is not only distracting but ....it seems like watching through a tube. Otherwise fab, as always!
love this video!!! i'm going to try your method of adding a new wire. my method makes it bulky. but, when i pull it threw the draw plate you really don't see it. i like your method better! love the caps too! what wheel are you using? do you have a link? lena
crazy4beading i didn’t know there was another way to add lines *giggles!* and I’m just using 1/4” 26g fine silver bezel wire and 26g sheet for the caps ;)

Glad that helped!! It’s just a few things I figured out and why I shared it 💕💕
Great video. Thx! Helpful to see the ENTIRE process that included making the caps.
Great teacher!!!

Thx for the video. Esp. like the part about making bead caps. What gauge was your 1/4” bezel wire? Thx in advance

What syringe do you use instead of silver soldering? Your video clip is a good teacher
Great job as usual. Have you considered using tube for the ends cut to length you'd like?
Thats a clever idea
how can you combine or splice two viking knits chains into a single chain?
