Ozric tentacles. The best to.ever do it. I'm so glad they never became mainstream. Because they may of lost there uniqueness. I'm proud to be a life long brother to them.🙏🏻💚🕊🎶🌺🕉
No matter how much I enjoy a UA-camrs style and find their tastes interesting, videos with music like this in the background are intolerable to my ears. I know I’m not alone in this. Perhaps partly why seasoned UA-camrs don’t do it. Wish I could check out your Asphyx video but no can do.
I love how people have different opinions. That's what makes the world interesting. That being said, I couldn't disagree with you more! I really think their latest album is the most bland, same sounding, blend-into-the-background album I've heard from them. Nothing really adventurous or interesting; just one big same sounding album with no standout tracks. I mean Waterfall Cities for instance, you start with Coily. A really weird synth riff, live drums, really adventurous space jam. I don't think anything on the new album matches that energy or weirdness. Or say, Spyroid. A really chill, digital techno mood. Nothing on the new album clicks with me as much as a mood piece like that. Also I was was hoping you would include Swirly Termination, a really great batch of 90s era b sides that is a fantastic album in its own right, even if the band didn't approve. But aside from those 17 complaints, great video! :)
I agree with you on a lot of points. The new album just clicks for whatever reason - sonically it is state of the art, but maybe not as classic as earlier albums or eras.
@@gordonblodgett6520 You like what you like because you like it! Good enough for me! I have different life experiences and the stream of information that is their music connects with me in a different way!

I need to check out Ozric Tentacles! I love Space Rock! Are you into Gong?
I really haven't listened to them, but am aware they're as close to the Ozrics as you can find.
