Always love your videos Greg, very informative. Hope you're well!
I want one. That is sweet!
fantastic!!!
why would you not have the s40 on top alao? now you need two sets of buckets, quick silly. I think keeping the thumb is a fine idea but it does ass extra weight and i don't really miss mine after switching to a tilt rotator.
Brazil CATERPILLAR has the best machines!!
awesome
Is the thumb able to be used in conjuction with this rotating bucket?
No but you can detach from your tilt rotator in less than 5 minutes
If you lock your quick couple after dropping the buck it won’t beep at you anymore
💪👍
Does this system work with the Rototilt hydraulic attachments such as a grapple?
Hello Benjamin! The Cat TRS is available with both Cat Pin On and/or S-type top and bottom options. The S-type interface is a universal coupler that can pick up many different attachments. For more information, contact your local Cat dealer - Vincent
Is this machine a short stick or long
Our trs8 on a 308 is very unstable, we removed the thumb and it's still god awful even with the smallest bucket we have.

This vid goes hard. Like if you agree.
God please if your buying a Cat mini with a Tiltrotator don’t follow this advise of using a pin grabber top hitch to pick up a direct fit Tiltrotator just to be able to use a thumb. You don’t need a thumb which adds extra weight, something a Cat mini can do without. Just buy an S40 top hitch and S40 Tiltrotator then add a decent grapple. Always order the extra counterweight and dont order the short stick (dipper) as it will be terrible to grade with. Ditch the heavy pin grabber hitch and thumb so you can use the standard dipper. Marketing dept gone mad with this advise. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Direct fit Tiltrotators (including TRS) are not designed to be used with a top hitch, the linkage geometries are all wrong. The inefficiencies of using a Tiltrotator this way will hinder it’s true potential.
cat is cool...
at least show a competent operator
Putting swivel on bobcat miniex
If it can't handle stumps, it's nothing to have, then I prefer Rototilt
Its a Rototilt with Cat branding on it. Its build by Rototilt.
@@booo_15 Yea but why are they saying it isn't the tool to use for stumps, just less universal or actually not ideal ?
@@Arcturusvanlasagna well its all about having the right attachments, I for example have a full Grapple and a Ripper so I can use it for stumps.
@@booo_15 sure but I'm just curious that line stuck out for me in the video that it wasn't the tool to use for stumps
