    Thank you for your video! I accidentally bought a tenderloin for pulled pork and everywhere I looked everyone said you can't use a tenderloin and you proved them wrong. Lots of thanks from Salt Lake City, Utah
    P.s. I love the tree growing sideways!

      They were out of pork roasts so I bought 6 pork tenderloins for pulled pork. This is for a little buffet dinner I am putting on for my neighbours and I just so we can spend time chatting and enjoy each others company. Also an end time summer thing . The Lady next door was supposed to help me prepare some of the food and she adamantly was against the pork tenderloin and kept telling me I just do not understand or get it that you cannot use Pork tenderloin for pulled pork. Honestly she was a bit pushy and controlling about it and made me feel like a screwed up getting this meat. She kept saying we will have to wait until they have pork roasts available again. Maybe another 3 weeks before we can get them and have this buffet thing. Literally I had to struggle to zip my lips because I was getting quite irritated by then. I went home to search the internet and there are a lot of recipes for pulled pork using tenderloin ! It does work ! I guess she doesn't know much about cooking it after all ! I am glad I bought the tenderloins now and they will be awesome when I cook them ! I am sure she will feel quite embarrassed for how she spoke to me . I am having the buffet on my schedule next week ..not 3 weeks from now ! Its my buffet anyway. My idea, my food I payed for and my menu. If she doesn't want to come..oh well !

      Oh my goodness I literally looked for the same reason! But it was my dear husband who got the tenderloin so if it doesn't work out I got to blame it on him :-) I'm kidding I'm kidding ( or maybe I'm not kidding)

  • @thunderloong
    @thunderloong 7 років тому

    A shallot cut up in the bottom with half an onion probably better. Running the cole slaw through the blender for a couple seconds makes it a better topping. Try low-temp pan toasting the insides of the bun till it's dry the way they do at burger king.
