Hi if you guys are struggling to bolt the rear upper a arm, unbolt the 2 screws holding the upper a arm bracket also the brace piece that says ct on top and you guys should be able to slide both a arms into the braket and the slide it back with the 2 arms together, also when unbolting oem nuts and bolts wire brush tose bolts so youbremove the factory thread lock and clean then good no oil residue then apply new red loctite to all nuts and bolts removed. This gusset took me 2 days to install because i did it by my self. And some nuts had from the factory the strongest loctite you will ever encounter. Taking all the parts out was the hard part , putting everything back was super easy.
Ya I have never understood why some companies now don't have instruction online with full color photo's. Have ran into the hard to see black and white photos lately as well.
My question is both lower A-arm rear bushings have an extra 3/4 of an inch space that the bushings slide out of like they did not manufacture it properly. Is that a factory screwup or what? All of the other bushings have metal brackets right up against them, but not the lower rear ones on my Can-Am
It’s a 1500 lb capacity motorcycle lift from CEMLIFTS.COM. There are several brands of lifts out there. I’m pushing the limit of the lift cylinder, but it hasn’t failed me yet. Even lifted an X3 MAX.
I have done this one my 22 x3. Felt for a tutorial video to have my mind ready for building my 23 this weekend. Great video🤟 ps check out my racevlog if you into x3’s🤟😎

It really depends on how hard you drive your machine and how rough the terrain is. The X3 is not know for strength or longevity when pushed hard. That being said, there’s definitely nothing wrong with being proactive by upgrading the know weak points on any machine before you have a failure.

Yes. They are the same. I just installed this kit on a 2021 72” X3 XMR. I also installed an S3 kit on a 2019 X RS. The X3’s are identical as far as the front frame and A arms go. except for the front bumper on the XMR having a winch.
Shit. The CT raceworx and the S3 A arms by themselves are so beefy it probably adds at least 8-10 lbs per arm. Seriously. The factory a arms feel like they’re 3-5 pounds if that. 🤣🤣 then add the extra stuff for the frame bracing and upper shock bracing. Whatever extra weight it is, it’s 100% worth it.

Great video! I had mine installed for 300.00 and now I feel like that was a phenomenal deal!
That is an absolute phenomenal deal. 100%.
Great video! Just in time for my install coming up. Great helpful tips...now i need to find a helper.
Trying to decide if I'm going to put this before my first trip. Guessing 8 hours with shock brace. Thanks for making video.
No problem, hope it was helpful. 8 hours sounds about right.
thanks for taking the time to make the video
Glad it was helpful!
My bushings did not go in with a tappy Tap. Required spare 1/4” through bolt to squeeze everything together.
RC wow, I guess that’s better than the alternative though.
Thanks for taking the time to make this video. 🤘
Glad it was helpful!

Still a great product though. There’s always UA-cam for help with just about anything these days.
Thank you for this. Just ordered this kit
Glad it was helpful!
What is the name of that lift. That’s very expressive

On my 2018, all 8 A-arm bushings are the same part number and each position has the metal “bracket”. What year and model is yours?
Hey what luft is that?...wow...that's amazing...can you please advise?...thanks!!

Do I need a gusset kit on my x3 I am primarily a trail rider I don't do the dunes??

Shock Therapy just did a video on must have upgrades for the X3.
Alignment needed after this install? I’m doing the gusset kit as well as the Shock tower brace.
Great question. This kit is not changing any steering or suspension geometry, so there shouldn’t be any need for an alignment.
What kind of Jack is that ?

Will this kit fit 2021 72" maverick x3 max x rs turbo rr
My car is a 2018 72”. Not sure this kit is the same for the 2021, but I’m sure the folks at CT Race Worx can get you hooked up with what you need.

It’s from CEMLIFTS.COM. ITS A 1500 lbs capacity motorcycle lift.
How many pounds would be added if BRP just made them stronger.....10? Seriously......
Sounds about right. But for the average driver, the gusset kit isn't necessary. Not everyone beats on their machine the way some of us do.
