In the prepared meals section of Trader Joe’s they have chicken Parmesan. That is amazing. The macros on it are amazing too. It’s $7.99 and comes with two portions in the container and each portion is 350 cal and 33 g of protein.

Ana bars are basically candy bars with protein. The ingredient list is insane. Just tried Flex Brands protein cookie butter bar. Marcos on point. Taste is amazing. Must try

Hard agree. Much better options out there. Barebells are the absolute GOAT protein bars that taste like candy bars.

There is a simple, cheap, tasty, high protein snack that I feel is slept on in these circles.
Good old pork rinds.
They usually average a gram of protein per 10 calories, (even most flavored ones) they have all the crunch you want and can also help get in some decent fats.
You should be careful not to eat too many, but a couple of servings with a sandwich I find is a great lunch.
You’re absolutely right. I like to take the hot ones and blend them. Then I use them as my breading for chicken tenders and throw them in the air fryer

Wasn’t a fan of the Over Easy bar thought it was going to be better. Pretty mid. Sticking with BPN Field Bar or Perfect Bar pre workout
