He’s literally the only vegan channel I’ve seen that gets straight to the point, doesn’t do these weird blooper things to try and be cute for the camera, he doesn’t change his voice to sound “fake chirpy” or extra goofy for the video, he doesn’t do these super fast cuts in his editing with loud bangs that accompany these editing transitions…he’s like guys here’s the method and the equipment, the food tastes good bye…I love him. Wow, you just helped me out SO much!!! You don’t even know!! I haven’t been able to have Mayo in years since having alpha gal(tick disease). I have SO many food allergies because of the disease!! I’m going to try this out today with oat milk instead due to being allergic to soy!
@@mariarivera3356 Blend a block of firm Tofu with a 1/4 cup of aqua faba, 2 tbs neutral oil, 2 tbs apple cider vinegar, 1 tbs Dijon mustard, then a little salt, garlic powder, and pepper to taste. I kind of just throw everything in the blender and adjust until it's how i like it. You'll probably have to do the same lol It sets up a little bit in the fridge so don't worry if it's a little runny.
I lol’d when he said you could use it to make vegan egg salad!! Side note never use ‘vegetable oil’ it’s ultra processed and highly inflammatory instead get some MCT oil it has a very neutral flavour.

Only soy milk can be used as soy contains a compound known as Lecithin which can also be found in eggs. This compound is responsible for why eggs can thicken oil water emulsions such as creams.

In usual mayo is egg yolk. One egg yolk consists of almost 30% fat itself with overall calories at 322. And then you add loads and loads more oil to get an emulsion. This version here is a lot healthier.
