How to Sew A Mini Saddle Bag

- This week we are making a miniature saddle bag. This sweet little bag could serve a multitude of purposes, for sure. I am going to use mine to hold my GoPro on one side and the accessory cords on the other. It would also make a darling pacifier holder, cosmetic bag or first aid kit. Pattern Piece Round Up
Cut four 6" x 11" pieces for the body
Cut four 4.5" x 4" pieces for the flaps
Cut one 3" x 6" piece for the handle

These are just perfect, I have sewn my handle into one of the bags first to eliminate the raw edges and added velcro to the backs so it can hang over the handlebar of a pushchair and have done another the same way for my neighbour to hang off her walker to keep her inhaler in arms reach so she doesn't have to struggle in her handbag whilst using her walking frame.

Thank you for this tutorial. I was trying to find a pouch tutorial to make a small pouch to keep binkies in to put inside a diaper bag I am making to for my niece and I came across this and thought this would work out perfect if I just make one. I think I will laminate the inside fabric though

I am currently sold out. After we get settled in the new space I hope to create some more and remake that tutorial. It is one of my favorite projects here at Sewspire. I use that original polka dot one everyday.
