The vegan recipes especially the bliss's kitchen vegan foods are really good and great. You and Kyle are couple goals when it comes to being vegan and involved in fitness. Kyle is really funny as well especially when he said it needs salt. It would improve by getting a microphone so we can hear what you are saying in an conversation when necessary in public places. 😄
There is a microphone on the camera! Just doesn't always pick up noise coming from behind the microphone :)

Hi Maddie try using regular kitchen sponges from the dollar store as a glove working out. I hate the feel of gloves while I'm sweating and the sponges worked so well for me. Much Luv ❤️

I am 16 and just recently began my vegan lifestyle.. since I went vegan I have noticed that I am getting super bloated, I’m guessing that this is just because my body isn’t used to this amount of fruits and vegetables... I was wondering if you experienced this and if so, does it go away with time or is it just something I have to get used to?

Hey! I was wondering, how often do you eat out? My brother’s trying veganism out but he’s so used to eating out it can be difficult so it would be helpful to hear from you how many times a week you go to restaurants for example :) Hope this made sens! I love your videos ❤️❤️
Zoe Howes we don't really eat out often at all when we are at home just because we prefer to make our own food when we can! But when travelling we eat out quite a bit!
Zoe Howes where does he live? can he or you or both of you look up vegan or vegan friendly (vegan options available) restaurants where he lives? what about ready made vegan food in nearby health food stores? does he eat out due to lifestyle, necessity, habit, not knowing or wanting to cook or prepare homemade meals?
Emuna Bee it’s mostly out of habit :) but I plan on changing that ;) looking up vegan restaurants is a really good idea unfortunately in a Paris most places are meat and cheese heavy :( Thanks so much for the help!

I take bags of cherries or punnets of berries into the movies regularly. Like eating lollies! Only I don't feel sugar-sick afterwards. 💚✌But yeah, pj's and relaxing at home is wonderful too! 🍒🍓🍇
