I blame it on mandates.
our seniors are very sick and aren't egible for assisted living...
They don’t pay nurses enough. Yet they’re suing them and blaming them all the time.
Man, imagine if the immigrants were to work in the healthcare industry. Out wait, we have walls
Thats the way it always is that's cuz we have too many politicians they don't want to give them the help they need
They would have more staff if care givers were paid better and weren’t short staffed.. working in a nursing home puts your nursing license at risk.. they’re asking for more government funding..the government is so foolish..they need to take a really close look at nursing home financials.. it’s full of shell companies and systematic loopholes. what they are doing isn’t necessarily illegal but they are indeed profiting big time yet showing the government a financial statement that says “look we’re barely scraping by” (as they own the company they supposedly pay rent to).. Medicare care shouldn’t be privatized! For profit care is ripping everyone off but the people up top.
Wages need to be based on living expenses like rent, transportation, food and childcare.
