What additional information do you send them via email? Do you sometimes send the traffic to the listing on the "message for leads" page

scary stuff building a business using a system (facebook) that has zero accountability or customer support. FB will disable your ad account before your ever place a ad if the business manager email isn't the same as the personal facebook page and the payment email is different as well.
