Brand new to the real estate game and I am soooo glad I found you now and not later. I’m gonna go create a tiktok account now, after I watch through video about youtube content😂 Got my Florida license in March and focus on Fernandina Beach in Nassau County and Heckscher Drive area in NE Duval (Jacksonville).

As a real estate agent trying to market for leads I totally agree with the facebook and Instagram point you said. these are not the apps that help with getting leads I’ve noticed not much success using these to market. These are good for just family and friends to follow u but not for marketing. I think I’m gonna try switching to tik Tok instead thank you for your help man!
Hey Marc! Love the content. I recently acquired my RE license in Illinois and excited to get started. I do have a FT so your side hustle video wasn’t my favorite but apprehensive honesty. In reality I’m hoping to make this a FT career in the near future. With that being said, you often stress the importance of social media. My question is, for instagram and Facebook, would you recommend using public accounts? I recently listened to a podcast with a successful RE in California that uses these platforms as her primary Sofia media content and suggests making your accounts public. Would love to hear your thoughts on that. Thanks.
