    Number cake(Number size : 14.5 cm X 25.5 cm)
    [For the crust]
    170 g (3/4 cup) unsalted butter(softened)
    100 g (3/4) powdered sugar (sifted)
    A pinch of salt(Optional)
    300 g (2 1/4 cup) all purpose flour
    70 g (1/2 cup) almond flour
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    [For the cream cheese frosting]
    225 g (8 oz, 1 cup) cream cheese
    230 g heavy cream (1 cup, 240 ml)
    75 g (3/4 cup)powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    [For the garnish]
    Some strawberries
    pink cream for rose : the cream cheese frosting + a little red food coloring

    Hello.i can put it on the fringe overnight with the cream and decoration? It will be ok? I prefer to be a little be softer because i am afraid that it will be difficult on the slicing

      If you make a cake in advance and refrigerate it, the biscuit layer will absorb large amounts of moisture and soften it.

      You can use butter-based cream cheese frosting. However, the texture will be a little heavier.

      Yes, I added some red food coloring to the same cream cheese frosting to make a pink cream.

      Well, each heavy cream brand is sometimes more yellow. I guess that's the reason.

      You can put the same amount of all purpose flour instead of almond flour. Almond flour makes it more savory.

      Immediately after making it, it is a common crispy tart texture. If you cover it and refrigerate it overnight, it becomes slightly softer thanks to the moisture of the cream.

      There is a scene of cutting in the video.Immediately after making it, it is more appropriate to say that it is broken because it is not soft.If stored in the refrigerator for hours, it becomes softer and cuts well.

      If you serve on the same day, you can feel a crispy biscuit, and if you refrigerate overnight, it becomes a soft biscuit with cream moisture.Choice is personal preference.
