Thank you for posting this. I have been waiting for a test video in the ski slopes with dolly mode. Unfortunately it does not seem to work at all, too bad. Not even in normal follow mode. What a nightmare to walk back up to fetch it in steep offpist. Please update if new firmware makes a difference.

Thanks much for your comment. Despite the couple of hikes it was a very enjoyable day...great way to try and get in shape working with Little Bird. Follow mode works well but when another object gets in the way it appears to fail...I think the Beacon is essential for skiing. The new Ski Mode is an improved Follow Mode. I made two runs with it today and it's a definite improvement....will post in the next day or two.

Ok, that sounds promising. Please keep us posted, not many skiing hover reviews out there.
A few issues seem to be…
      - Dolly mode while skiing with normal speed, close to the drone max speed.
      - Dolly mode while turning back and forth with frequency, basically normal skiing.
      - Normal follow mode, when the drone just stops, and the skier is suddenly far downhill.
In steep offpist it is important that the hover drone keep up. Preferably in dolly mode so you can ski without looking back to check on it every few seconds. Don’t want to waste good powder snow :)
If the drone just stops, is it possible to fly it without climbing up? Or is it stuck?
