I want a pretty bowl of gnomes for my pretty pine cones. I have gnomes in a few places. Mackenzie-Childs has them. I cannot afford those. There is a book, a gnome’s Christmas by Rien Poortvliet with music and it is a velvet book!

I had so much fun participating in this challenge with everyone and finding new creators . Thanks so much for sharing 🧚♀️💖.
You said you use bakeable clay. Did you bake it? Did you take the hat off and bake just the hat/nose? Or did u bake the entire pinecone? Sorry, I’m confused
There are many reasons this can happen. Sorry for the delayed response. So the type of clay you use can effect your final project this way. If you didn't get all the air bubbles out as you kneaded the clay could cause cracks too and or how this the clay is where it cracked. The thinner sections tend to Crack or break more easily. There is a site to look up. The Blue Bottle Tree. The lady who runs the site is amazing with tips tricks and fixes in polymer clay. She has done a lot of her own research and has great articles for beginners. Google her site. I hope this helps.
Hiii dear Summer🎄 howwe cute is this😍😍 I loveee your beautiful gnomes for christmas 😍😍 and your DIY was sooo unique with the clay, thank you for that😃 Have a blessed day and stay safe 🙏 together with your beautiful family ❤️❤️ Janny
I just found you and subscribed. Do you prefer Sculpy over Fimo or is it just cheaper? Does brand really matter? Can you mix and match or do you have to stay with one brand? I love your gnomes and will be checking you videos for other projects too.
I'm not a big fan of Fimo because it's so hard for me to knead. I think you can mix them. But some versions of the sculpey line of clay is more brittle than others
OMGOODNESS that is amazing!! I sooo want to do it! Can you tell me where I can buy the clay and Ihooks...Thank you for sharing this...i kniw more nr won't be as wonderful as yours is... but I am so excited to try.😍
I got all mine at hobby lobby. You can find clay at michaels too. Walmart doesn't have clay but it might have eyehooks. For sure try a local craft store. Or you can order online from amazon
Very nice project that's simple and yet sweet! Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for creating this challenge- it was so much fun!
If I did a white hat, I could decoupage a napkin for a design onto the hat!
That would be neat. Cool idea. I'm not good at decoupage.
@@WispyRealm I am good enough to save thousands of dollars with Mod Podge. Lol!
These are so cute.
Thank you

Hi Summer! Love tis tutorial. Unfortunately, my gnomes cracked in the oven. Any ideas why that would happen?

Hi from Jen, I’m a new subscriber! Great job!
Thank you for watching!
Thank you so much! So you don't need welding or slurry clay when using polymer clay? Also are you painting it before it baked?
No welding. No slurry. You can paint it before baking depending on paint type. I paint after I bake though.
@@WispyRealm cool! Thank you! Makes sense. So cool!

Folk art glitterific
