The moment the music kicked in 10:14, I knew I could let the tears flow. Playing this game was a gateway to a new world. A world of fun & stress, happiness & sadness, pain & comfort. I grew to love SEES not only by their strengths, but by also their weaknesses. I knew if I was put into the world of P3, I would feel the same emotions they did throughout the game. P3R was not just a game, it was mirror to another life. Short as it was, it felt like i was right at home.
Even to this day, since the very first time I beat P3FES, this ending STILL makes me weep like a baby... I can't help it... I've been a HUGE crybaby ever since my childhood... It's not my fault that I tear up so easily under this kind of pressure... It's so natural that, at this point, it's basically second-nature to me these days... D:::::::X>
I never knew about this series until a friend pressured me into buying it. God damn, I have an entirely different appreciation for anime and the Japanese now.
He was too tired to make it, when he destroyed Nyx he basically killed himself in the process as he was a part of Nyx, and he was just clinging onto life for the last few months, and hearing everyone rush up to the rooftop at the end gave him the closure to know that he did it, and he could pass on peacefully
@@seangigliothat first part isn't really true, he dies because he used all of his life power to seal nyxm so that it can nevrr be awakened again. He isn't part of Nyx or something
He was legit too tired. When he used the World Arcana to enact the Great Seal, it came at the cost of his soul. His body is effectively running on fumes between the end of January and March 5th. By the end, he was dead tired, his body passing peacefully on the rooftop. Though P4A implies that Elizabeth still wants to free Makoto from the Great Seal because now his soul is basically tethered to the Seal, preventing him from truly passing into the afterlife, so long as Humanity continues to conjure up monsters that will bring about the end so desired by those who find life worthless.
It's the day, people...
I absolutely love how after beating the game, the main menu updates. It's much more somber, but you see everything clearly.
Beautiful.

They killed it, they killed him again
They killed our tear ducts once again 😊
Love they did the ending justice. The new post credits scene is beautiful.
I don't know why but shinji's silhouette just looks so good and sad at the same time. I cried just a tiny bit harder seein it...

He slept through it (unironically)
He's a sleepy boi
