- If you don’t want to watch me eat pancakes every day please don’t watch this video :) I know some of you think it’s really repetitive but i’m just being real with you all. This is what i eat. Thanks!

Pancake recipe:1/2 - 1 banana
1/4 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp of almond milk (more if needed)
1 egg
1 - 2 tbsp of PB2
1 tsp cinnamon
Chocolate chips :)
Pancake Instructions
Heat pan on medium (Make sure the pan is hot before pouring batter)
Spray with cooking oil or just put some oil on the pan
Pour pancake batter on the pan
Wait for it to bubble and the bottom to brown
Flip !
Put on plate, top with A LOT of fruit, A LOT of peanut butter, and A LOT of maple syrup!

Vulnerable moment: Halfway through this video, I started crying. I'd gone on a low carb diet for five months (since the start of the pandemic) because I felt terrible in my body and was tired of all the comments I got from friends and family that I was fat or that I would look better if I lost some weight. Dieting made me MISERABLE. I love bread and pasta so much that cutting it out of my life just made me crave everyday. I would reserve one day a week where I would eat what I want, but then I'd end up bingeing and have an upset stomach at the end of the day. I was only two kilograms overweight, so I can't even imagine how much worse it is for "heavier" people to hear things about their weight. Anyway, five months later, I ended up losing 8 kilograms (or 16-17 pounds) without exercising at all. I was lighter, yes, but I was miserable still. So I decided to quit restricting my diet and start doing a thirty minute exercise everyday if I can.
I'm currently on Day 6 of doing exercises, but lo and behold, when I stepped on the scale I'd gained 2 kilograms (4 pounds) back. I wanted to cry. When I saw myself I thought I was fine with my body, and that toning it and being healthier was better, but seeing the numbers on a scale made me feel so bad about eating.
When I started this video I thought I was going to watch it for inspiration. But seeing how much she works out and yet still EATS and constantly reminds herself being healthy is the most important thing, I just felt so relieved and sad at the same time about how much I hate my body. Sorry if this was such a long and weird story, I just wanted to share it somewhere since I don't have anyone I can actually talk about my body insecurities with. :((
i’m proud of how far you’ve come, and you should be too! the scale is not too reliable, your weight changes throughout the day and muscles are heavier than fat. you could try to measure yourself instead! progress never goes in a straight line, remember that. you got this!! ❤️

I know right?! If only my family did that then working out would be wayyyyy easier. But instead my family gets mad at me if I said I wanted to workout. Like ppl its once a day for barely 20min.

Im 140 pounds right now and i am aiming to lose 25 pounds of weight within the month. Ive had a very unhealthy and i would say depressed period of time when i was away from home for uni abroad. Now that ive come home, ive been struggling to lose weight (tbh) and have been eating the bare minimum because i find it hard to be motivated to move since i cant leave my small shared apartment (getting better now). This video literally almost got me crying because i realize ive been focusing on the wrong things and that this is what it truly means to love myself and my body. I love the positivity mindset. I think I might switch to a non restrictive eating. I realized when I go on a restrictive diet (from counting calories, low carb, low fat, etc.) I break out so bad. I don’t feel stressed, but I always end up breaking out while eating restrictively. So maybe my body is stressed and I just overlook it.. ;-;
Edit: 1 week later- I've been eating more balanced meals and my body is feeling so good. My acne rash cleared up a lot. It's still healing, but not as bad as it was when I made this comment. + I am still losing body fat from eating good balanced meals and working out similar workouts to what Linda is doing.
Me too, and I started eating whatever I wanted and my skin went CRYSTAL clear.
Chloe R I used to think it was because I was doing Keto (tried it twice and broke out really bad both times) but I’ve been eating low fat and counting my calories and I’m breaking out so bad again. When I ate regularly after breaking Keto, my skin cleared up.

After watching this, I worked out. I actually felt happy and wanted to end my workouts in a positive way instead of it seeming like a chore. I feel really now and love myself more. Not of the way I wanted my body to be but because my body just feels good.

Im currently struggling with Binge eating.. becuz i used to restrict myself and skip dinner and count calories, and even when i craved smth i wouldnt eat which led me to excessive hunger and binge eat and i also stopped working out , i gained weight and mentally im not at my best, i feel so lazy as well and sluggish, bloated every day, my clothes dont fit me as well as before.
I dont consider myself as fat tbh, but i lost my shape, my motivation, my flexibility and my health. Im happy to find this channel it feels so refreshing to see u workout and sweat i totally know how good it feels after a good intense workout. I should get myself tgt 😭 and start eating healthier and have an active life

I appreciate you and these videos so so so much. You are definitely one of my favorite youtubers now. Every single video I’ve watched for getting a toned body involves restrictions or dieting and that stuff has always been really difficult for me because of how much amazing food is out there and i just am not good at sticking to diets. I have hated my body for a while now and lately I’ve *especially* hated it. I’ve struggled with (undiagnosed) eating issues and would often (!!!TW!!!)
Starve myself, restrict as much as possible whenever I did eat, count calories, grew terrified of liquid calories, grew terrified of any food that wasn’t below 80cals, i used to purge if i ever felt like i ate way too much then i should’ve, etc. I strived for an amazing thigh gap, skinny arms, and a thin stomach so i could see my ribs and hipbones with absolute ease. I wanted my face to look slimmer and the lovely double chin to go away. I got extremely upset with myself if my total amount of calories consumed for the day was at or over 350. I strived to get down to a drastically unhealthy weight of 50lbs (i am 5’3). I’ve been struggling again and though I’m not magically cured and better, these videos have helped me realize that the number one main thing is to workout. I’ve always “known” this, but never had proof seeing as every single person i had seen lose weight had been on a diet or followed rules for meals and snacks as well as working out. Now of course i still really want to lose weight (and i do know that that involves food situations) and have the proportions previously mentioned for my body, it is in a way relieving to know that it’s possible to get toned and get a flat stomach regardless of food. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Here’s a recipe for protein brownies!
I/5 cup of organic white sugar
1/5 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1scoop of protein powder
1/2 cup of flour
Dash of vanilla
Pinch of salt
Bake for 25-35 minutes!
This is for a small batch double triple the recipe for a big family !
But I loooove how the family works out with you, its super cute

I love your videos your positivity and honesty is refreshing. If I ate all that food I would get huge. I went from being very ill bedridden and in a wheelchair at 70 pounds to a year later doing hardcore workouts and weights I am now 130 pounds trying to find a balance between working out and eating but my metabolism is still just not working right No matter how much I exercise and diet I just cannot lose weight would be great if you could do a video on different diet and how the food is and which ones are best

By not being human. Everyone bloats, even thin people. Don't be embarrassed that your body has natural gasses that it releases. It's just part of going about your every day as a normal person.

What I noticed is that she does eat whatever she wants but if it’s unhealthy, usually it’s a “healthier version” for example the maple syrup on the pancakes was an organic brand I assume, not the stuff you would normally get at the store. The pancakes themselves had protein powder added (?). She has healthy snacks in between too. She also lives in an Asian household, which just naturally includes healthy food in the diet. She eats whatever she wants, she wants good stuff. Not fast food, not little Debby snacks at the store. I noticed that if she has a dessert, like brownies donuts or a cake it’s either homemade or from a bakery.
Some people are restrictive with healthy food too

I was a person who workouts daily just for 15-20 mins. But after watching your videos straight for a day encouraged me to do a HIIT workout daily.......Linda ily......u r the besr...xxx

@一方 Jenny Rest is also the key to seeing results. And you're giving your body a favor by preventing injury. It isn't always necessary to workout twice or more a day considering it is done daily too.
@@nathalia2666 she's been exercising since she was a kid, so I think she knows how to train her body. Athletes often train 2x a day, aswell 😊

First time im seeing people appreciate Lily's workouts and not only know Chloe Ting.
People know Chloe Ting because her programs are free and easy to understand on her website. When Linda said how much she loves Lilly Sabri i checked her out and the website said we have to register to get the free guides. I think thats the difference between both girls.
I got a video of Linda and anfter that my home page was filled with lilly's videos. I'm really addicted to her now!

I usually have a little snack if I'm hungry 30 minutes before I have to eat, because if I am not doing that, I am just going to end up eating my meal in like 3 minutes because of hunger. So instead I have a snack before but I don't fill my stomach up.

i love how you dont lose motivation to work out 3 times a day AT HOME, omg i could never, mostly with my hispanic family feeding me greasy food all the time. And with this pandemic going on they took my gym membership soooo :')

Normally I’m not a big fan of people who say “no restricting” because restricting is just giving your body better food and less chemically filled, fried, fatty foods your body struggles to digest properly. If you’re gonna eat things like that, don’t be unhappy about the way you look, but Linda has such an amazing mindset about listening to your body and eating things that make you and your body feel good :) just discovered you and I LOVE to

Sabrina Elisabeth 500 is a common deficit. But it depends on your general daily caloric consumption and your activities. If you don’t move and got a slow metabolism so you burn (approx) 1,500 a day and restrict 600, 900 kcal a day are unhealthy. If you burn a lot, you can still eat 2000 while being in a ~500-600 deficit. You should never eat less than ~1400 tho because the body will slowly start to shut down.

Aava M not necessarily. there are people who are suuper skinny but if they’re eating foods without many nutrients then they’re not healthy
guys, shes eating everything she wants but also works out TWICE a day aka 14 times per week!! And she does it real hard every single time. And this works for her because she feels good doing it. If you eat like her and work out like 3 times per week, do it really slowly and tiringly, mostly just stand there complaining, no your not gonna lose fat. If you work out really hard too but you hate it every time it gives you headache or dizzy, its not for you neither. If you are on a diet but you love it, love the light feeling of your body and it gives u energy and confidence, then its definitely for you.
So the point of this video is finding what works for you, and your sure that you can keep it up for a life time and stay healthy. If you have to eat a big meal with loads of meat to be full and have energy to do exercises, go for it. If you love veggies and can eat like 24/7, do it. Dont feel bad to see others eating junk foods all the time and stay fit. Your body is not like theirs. In addition they r doing exercises like twice a day, you dont. LOL
