Woman, princess, lover, wife, mother, and, finally, witch and barbarian, Medea is the prototype of the used and brutalized woman who ends up, helpless and alienated, committing a heinous act, chained in a commanded trap, in its genesis, by the gods. Medea is a musical journey into the heart of the tragedy, the roots of ancient magic, and the secrets of the arcane mysteries.
Rosispergius has been the latent project of Desirée Rosa G. C., initiated in 2004, which went public in 2020 with the conceptual work “La théorie des quatre humeurs”. Rosispergius' motivation is alchemy, history, art, hermeticism, occultism, and everything that inspires the resurgence of the higher self, the search for introspection and the occult. Its name stands for the dispersion of the dew in alchemical language. She is an Art historian, a specialist on educational trends, and a documentary creator at VITRIOL. La Biblioteca del León Verde (@vitriolionvert), in which she uses her music as her UA-cam channel OST. She also participates in the radio programs Crónicas de Arcadia and Àrea Hermètica talking about her researches on history and occult tradition.
Desirée has founded two bands, Rosispergius and Lion Vert (in which she has collaborated with Joaquim Espin’s project @darkcuriositymusic), both focused on hermeticism and accompanied by her artwork, and also the digital label and producer Leo Viridis. She co-founded in 2005 the band Persona (personamusic.bandcamp.com) and Marbre Negre label (marbrenegre.com), in which she was active until 2015 together with Òscar Alfonso, and has also collaborated with bands such as Ouroboros or Silent Cathedral with Marco Grosso and Brutal Cioran collective.

All songs composed, performed (voice, flutes, percussion, programming, sampling) and recorded by Desirée in Barcelona, from to 2010 to 2016 in Marbre Negre Studio and mastered by her in Leo Viridis Studio in 2021.
