Aw, I loved seeing 4 generations!! From 2008-2017 we had 5 generations, as my grandmother got to meet all four of my grandchildren from my first daughter; she was 100 yrs old 😊❤ So special.
I so enjoyed watching this week's knitting! you got so much done and started so many projects! can't wait to see how they progress. I love watching your videos while I knit, so thank you for sharing them with us.
@norwegianknitter I can tell they bring you a lot of joy. You've inspired me to add knitting vlogs to my Chanel which has been mainly spinning and fiber prep up to this point
Such a great video Oline, I love your choice of patterns and yarn colours too. By the way that turquoise blue colour you had on really suits you. Beautiful. 😊
I have made a promise to myself to have my own week of casting on whatever I want to, after watching this beautiful Vlog. I am so amazed that you can knit while walking on the treadmill! and I loved seeing your 4 generations together - so sweet! Your wedding dress looks like it fits perfectly around your waist although that cabled belt will be a beautiful addition. Wishing you another week of joyful knitting! ❤
A week of casting on whatever you want is so fun!! Knitting while walking makes time go by faster😅 But I knit a lot slower. I love that we are able to go on hikes as 4 generation, and that my son gets to grow up with so many supporters🥰 I'm excited to see the wedding dress with the belt! I think it will be a good addition no matter what! Have a great week!
I used a navy KFO merino with drops brushed alpaca silk in cobalt and the contrast made a gorgeous fabric that was so soft and amazing! Sometimes color can surprise you. Love your levitate wrap!
I love these videos- thank you! Beautiful knits. Did you knit your blue and white stripe sweater, what pattern is it? I have blue yarn and I'm unsure what to do with it but that's perfect. Hope you have a great week, Kimberly
Thank you!! Yes, I made it💙 It's the direction_loop_sweater by otherloops, I highly recommend the pattern! Had so much fun knitting it up! Have a great week🥰
And while we‘re on it.. i want to knit it with at least 6mm needles. Would you recommend holding the yarn double or do you think it would still look nice. And one more question: how many skeins do you usually use for one sweater? I hope i didn‘t annoy you with all the questions and i wish you a wonderful day :)
@Lotti.liechen I think you could hold it single, or maybe with a strand of mohair? It might be a bit too thick if you double strand. I've not made many sweaters using drops Air but last time I used 5 skeins for a size M:) Have a good day🥰
@@norwegianknitter thank you very much! I want to gift a sweater but it can not be itchy at all. I feel like most times mohair gets itchy but maybe i will find another yarn to hold it with!
What is your sister studying? What is her name? I also have missed your son’s name. He is so cute and sweet. I love how much he enjoys your knitting. The videos of him knitting are so cute
She's studying sowing! In Norway, we call the school "videregående" and you can choose different things to study. It's from 16-19 yrs😊 I haven't said their names to guard some of their privacy🥰 But my sons name is Alexander❤️ I love that he loves knitting too! Hopefully he'll never stop loving it!

Yarn with fluff can really suprise you with how the color blends! Also, KFO and alpaca silk sounds like a dream yarn combo! Thank you❤️

Hey, which color of drops air did you use? I‘m currently picking a blue drops air out for a sweater and saw you used a blue as well :)
