Absolutely, well said. Not every channel is for everyone. The bottom sure is crowded. Only a few find the gem. I am not for the numbers but if only I could find 'just that one person' on my channel helpful and useful, then my job is done! Just the one.
      Thanks Deniz!

I recently saw an example of this in the university club. of a team-leader who didn't share the same fight and goal with the other members he just tell them what to do and they accomplish it and keeps the plans for himself .. recently a lot of the core members got out of the club just because of this

It became a new norm for me, to click on the 'Like' button before watching Deniz Sir vid and doesn't felt regret after watching till the end.
Deniz Vids are largely an eye opener that literally changed my perspective on corporate jobs. I didn't find anything in youtube who speaks with such a quality and precision on management. Thank you

I had this quality among other ones and was a successful manager for several years. But a coworker who was a male and actually was competing me, started reporting our internal strategies to CEO. It led to replacing me with him and I quitted right away.

Hi Ameer, nowadays, I don't have much time to shoot longer videos I am afraid. If you noticed, I don't show ads on any of my videos nor do I ever accept video sponsorships. This channel exists to promote my LIG program. That's why I launched the channel in the first place. Given my schedule, my choice was either an hour video once every 2 months or shorter videos every two weeks. I chose the latter.

Dear Deniz, I always watch your videos, you are doing a great job! May I suggest a topic for some of your future videos? I am sure this is relevant to many people. If you would have to chose between a quite low-profile job in a multinational corporation with a big name, and higher position with more interesting tasks but at a much smaller company, what would you consider while making the choice?

With all due respect for Deniz.
