First of all, thank you for all the videos you put up on UA-cam, I’m trying to catch up on them but because I really like to focus while watching them, it takes some time. I have discovered your channel accidentally but it was the best UA-cam “suggestion” I’ve ever had! Thanks to your tips on how to nail interviews, it helped me to clarify more some questions or better say answers I could never even think of. As I will be moving to another country to reunite with my husband and leaving my very good career and life at another country, I’m intensively searching for a job. Hi Deniz, This video is like a god sent sign today. I have the same problem mentioned here. I am knowledgeable enough but my brain doesn't accept it. I understand I have communication problem. When it comes to conveying my work my mouth does not work. I feel I am blabbering. I can write but saying it not as good. I was hoping if you could give me some tips to improve self confidence and communication at work. Thank you.

Is it possible with age > 30 to start a career as a Consultant or in a Tech-Company? I will have soon a Master Degree, came very simple social conditions which is the reason why my education took so long (had to work my whole studies)
Anything is possible, though may be more challenging than others.

My favorite book is always the one that I am reading at that moment. Nowadays, it's Unshakeable from Tony Robbins. It's about investing in the markets with a long term mindset, frauds by mutual funds, etc.
