in terms of technicality, yes, it's a wider spectrum and channel, though the range might not be as far. If anything, I would look into the positioning of where my router would be located. If its near concrete walls, metal fixtures, surely signal would drop because these hardware are sensitive when it comes to sending out signals for connectivity.
@@ZenTheGeek It drops wired on lan too, even after I plugged a new ethernet cable. If I reset the router twice a day it removes the issue. Surely this isnt normal? Haha
@@experienciape4711 entire connection. To be specific, if in a game I would experience packet loss for 20 - 40 secs and then return to normal as if nothing happened. During this time I can hear everything going on, including team chat, but they cant hear me (so its an issue affecting upload). If I reset the router every morning and every evening the issue seems to dissapear.
Asus needs to work the bugs out of this router...my 5hz wifi would not work on this router unless I turned off the 160hz. The router died after 2 weeks, the red light stayed on. I sent the router back for refund. I went back to my Asus rapture GT-AX11000 and all the problems went away

y did u not do loacl speedtest and use the okkla one that limited by your isp?
Do you have to connect this router to your internet company modem? Or does this replace the modem your internet company provides you?
This needs to be connected with your company provided modem together. This replaces the router

It cannot directly insert SIM card but you can insert a 4g-5g modem via USB

sounds like just a defective unit though, it worked alright for us
