- Exploring another new area we spend 3 days hiking along a beautiful river system. The silence here was profound, with limited aircraft traffic and zero other noise pollution this is how being out in nature should feel.
Wow! Great filming and stunning location. The kiss on the rock got a like from me 😊
Thank you. It was such an enjoyable trip and it's nice to show nature a bit of love ❤️
Awesome mate. Ive been for a day walk down that river. I had to turn around just near your first camp spot. Cant wait to get back there, will take a tent next time 👍
Thanks mate. I hope you manage to go back one day
Fabulous. That gorge has everything. Peaceful, gentle river, dramatic cliff structures and amazing camp sites. What a brilliant antidote to the hectic pace of our other lives 😊. Beautifully filmed as always. Thank you.
It truly is a very peaceful place and was just what the doctor ordered
Well done on another beautiful video, & you used my most favourite instrument piece of music in the intro which made my day. It looks very much like where Scotty has been a couple of times & is on our bucket list to do ourselves in the coming months. Promise to keep this one under wraps when we finally get there 😉
Epic……..
Wow! What a spectacular part of the country to explore. Is that the Colo river? We don’t have anywhere quite like that in Vic, and if we did it would be super crowded :(
It’s definitely on my to do list though. Thankyou for sharing :)
Glad you enjoyed the video, it's not quite the Colo, but a similar area.
As for crowds, we have those here too. I actually spend a lot of time planning trips to areas where everyone else isn't, which definitely makes things more challenging at times!
Mate, that video was just beautiful from the first frame to the last. What an amazing area. Thanks for taking us along.
@@AlexsAustralianAdventures Thanks Alex, really glad you enjoyed it mate.
Where is this location
Keep an eye out for Yowies..
Always, you never know what you might see out there
It looks like a beautiful spot. Thanks for sharing. Would you be able to give a general location for the hike? I ask because it is so different to South Australia and I am curious.
Thanks. The majority of the sandstone areas I visit are within a few hours of Sydney. We are quite lucky here to have easily accessible parks with so many options to explore. Definitely a different landscape to SA, but the variety we have is one of the things that makes Australia so beautiful
@@campfirejesus agreed re Australia’s variety! Bit of a trek to see it all in between work.
Where is this. Please add location in the description.
Thanks for watching. Whilst I do hope to inspire people to get out and enjoy nature, I'd prefer people to go out and explore and not all go to the same spot. It's one of the reasons I don't share locations in my videos.
@@campfirejesus You don't need to share the spot. Just country, state and mountain range/river. I am 75 and would love to hike there but my legs would never make it. LOL. God bless you both.
I feel like my legs aren't going to make it sometimes! 😆
All the content on my channel that features a predominantly sandstone landscape (cliffs and gorges etc) are filmed in the Greater Blue Mountains or surrounding areas. These would be part of the great dividing range and are all accessible within about 3hrs of Sydney NSW, Australia.
@@campfirejesus Thanks for those details. I originally thought you might have been in New Zealand. LOL
