- I'd not been to this part of Tasmania, now I'm keen to head back. This rugged and beautiful landscape made for one of the more stunning multi-day hikes I've ever done. On this trip we spend 5 days exploring the southern end of Cradle Mtn - Lake St Clair national park. There is a reason people rave about this area.
Fabulous. Love Tassie. Similar to the West Coast of NZ South Island. Minus the snakes of course. Great mountain biking destination too. Loved the evening sunset shots. Looking forward to more of this!
So rugged but spectacular! Thanks for taking us with you. That scenery is just amazing
Thanks. I'm looking forward to heading back into this area in winter
Hey Stu, welcome to Tassie! Been down that way many times (just not to that specific location) and it's spectacular. Central tablelands with the dolerite formations offer some unusual and uniquely Tasmanian vista's ❤. Glad you got to share some of my home State's landscapes!!
Wow, what an amazing place to go. Definitely on my list! Thanks for taking us along with you. Absolutely awesome!
Thanks mate, it's definitely an area worth having on the list!
I've been looking forward to this one. Its' certainly one of my favourite areas in TAS. Pity the weather wasn't in favour of going further with the traverse. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks mate, it's quite a special part of the world isn't it?
We are planning on heading back in winter 😀
Amazing. Could only be Tassie!
Any thylacines, just joking...but you never know 😊
Thanks for Sharing
Thanks.
Think we would all like to hope there are still some thylacines out there somewhere
