Just a note about *GPU vs CPU simulation* from my experience when working on projects: *CPU* = slower but better results *GPU* = fast but less accurate/realistic results CPU is good for outfits with layers, e.g. shirt with a vest and jacket on top. Using GPU causes the clothing to clip through each other and you'll waste so much time trying to make it sit right. It is much slower though and your computer will most likely lag. GPU is great for when you need fast simulation times and have simple single layer clothes like shirt and pants, or a dress and hat. Basically clothes that don't sit on top of one another. Hope this info helps someone when they're working in MD! I had to find out the hard way xD
Thank you for your amazing tutorials! Regarding Daz3D Hair Rendering in Blender: I was wondering if you have any tutorial available (on YT or Patreon) for rendering Daz3D hair in Blender to look as nice as seen on your renders? I tried to find any hint in your videos but unfortunately wasn‘t successful in that direction. Thanks a lot in advance and keep up the amazing work!
@@laliett Hi there, Unfortunately, I couldn't subscribe to your Patreon due to a payment error. I've already tried reaching out to support, but it hasn't been resolved yet. Is there an alternative platform like Skillshare where I could support your work? Thanks!
Could you do a video about your render settings? I've been having trouble with noisy renders and the denoiser in blender blurs out my model skin texture. How do you get your renders so clear?
Man idk why but when im going to import the obj the blender console sends me this error; Python: Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 3.4\3.4\scripts\addons\io_scene_obj\__init__.py", line 133, in execute return import_obj.load(context, **keywords) File "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 3.4\3.4\scripts\addons\io_scene_obj\import_obj.py", line 1168, in load material_libs |= {os.fsdecode(f) for f in filenames_group_by_ext(line.lstrip()[7:].strip(), b'.mtl') File "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 3.4\3.4\scripts\addons\io_scene_obj\import_obj.py", line 1168, in material_libs |= {os.fsdecode(f) for f in filenames_group_by_ext(line.lstrip()[7:].strip(), b'.mtl') File "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 3.4\3.4\python\lib\os.py", line 825, in fsdecode return filename.decode(encoding, errors) UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xd1 in position 18: invalid continuation byte i need help ;c

check your pixels and your render samples, increasing them will show more details. also you might need a fast cpu..
