Great video, Only thing I would change is the 15 minute baking of the side cover. If you have access to a heat gun, in under 5 minutes you can warm the bearing race housing (domed section that his finger is pointing at, at 1:31) to approx. 300 degrees and the 1st bearing taps out easily, then remove snap ring between them, reheat for a couple minutes and tap out the second bearing.
I actually forgot to add coolant back in until I tried to ride away! I cant recall exactly what we used but I think Brent used regular coolant from the auto parts store. I have been using Honda brand coolant in my 990
